Really a excellent service. We had a peaty rat which my husband and I tried to catch on our own. We gave up after a few weeks and the rat had chewed through our hot water line and our dish washer tubing. Jerry came out and set multiple traps and promised to come out in a few days if we hadn't caught it. After a few days of not catching it and more rat damage as promised Jerry came out, no extra charge. We caught the peaty rat two days later. Really friendly and knowledgeable. read more

We signed up for the complete package and realized after six months of auto payments that they weren't coming. When we confronted them they blamed us, saying we told them to skip, which wasn't true. We gave them a second chance but within a week of spraying our box elder bugs were out of control and they wouldn't reschedule for a couple weeks. When I asked if they would come sooner because the bugs were landing on our table whole we were eating, they just ghosted us. Super unprofessional and a total rip off. read more

Nice folks but after having them come over to investigate a critter in the attic I was a little underwhelmed. Basically they tossed rodent bait in the attic crawl space, gave me some extra bait that I could elsewhere and then left. Charged me $110 for a 20 minute visit and the critters in the attic are still there. I left a voicemail asking for possible other options that was never returned. I should have just gone to home depot instead. **UPDATE** June 8th 2014 - Pest pro has reached out and took care of me with their company guarantee. I cannot say enough about Pest Pro and how great they are. We had a raccoon and her babies in our chimney (above the damper) and had originally called a chimney sweep to get them out. Big mistake - the guy way over charged - didn't guarantee his work and even though we hired him to come back a second time, neither attempt worked. A friend recommended Pest Pro because they had helped them with a raccoon - sure enough they got the job done and for 1/3 of the price the chimney sweep guy charged. Taylor was our main guy who came out and helped. He was great! Knowledgeable, careful and guaranteed that he would keep coming back until she was gone. It only took two attempts to fully get her out. I even hired them to do a spray around the house for insects and plan on using them for any pest problem I have. Can't go wrong with these guys. read more

We had a truly outstanding yellow jacket nest in the backyard; there were so many that we couldn't even step outside the back door without getting stung. It sucked. The first time PestPro came out, they sprayed, but it didn't kill off all the nest...and, boy, were the remainders angry and swarmy and stingy. The nice thing, though, is that they came right back out, and resprayed for free. Took care of the problem, and the price was very reasonable. read more

Pest Pro is amazingly accommodating, and their problem solving is thoughtfully caring of the pests involved in home pest problems. I called, and within an hour Pest Pro arrived and found the problem. Jake went to great lengths in a hot and insulation-filled attic to figure out what was going on. He talked me through the whole situation and offered to return if anything else arose. He took the baby squirrel that he found above my ceiling and told me he would relocate it. For several days, he cared for it before he released it into a favorable habitat. The mother squirrel eventually found another entry into my house, and Jake immediately returned and patched her new door without charge.
