A great spot to spend the night if you want we find yourself traveling between Las Vegas and Ely…read more Many cabin like units available for travelers with a restaurant on the grounds to fill your hunger. There are single and double cabins. Workmate has a single cabin last time here that had jets in the deep tub. I've only been in the double cabins. I can say the walls are thin between the adjoining rooms, but my coworker is like me and not noisy, so it didn't bother me. Beds are very comfortable and the staff maintains the rooms very well. Some of the cabins are pet friendly, and there is plenty of room to allow your pets some roaming time after being in the car for so long. There is also free WiFi available. I was in an outer cabin, so service was a bit spotty. If you're a business traveler like me, might ask if there is a cabin closer to the main building.

Update: FOUR STARS FOR POSITIVE ACTION. This situation has been resolved following contacting their…read morecorporate office in Las Vegas this morning. Their (first Kat and then Dan) response was swift, and I mean really fast. They have confronted the offending manager and offered to reimburse us for costs associated with the other lodging we sought, as well as comp any future visit should we be up that way again. They are also going to implement that All staff and incoming staff will be educated on ADA laws regarding Service Animals. We are not vindictive people. Education is our preferred way of dealing with situations like this. Bad reviews will happen if there is no response. As with this review, it has been corrected following the positive responses from corporate and this is just one example of a positive way to deal with things. What happened: ZERO STARS IF AT ALL POSSIBLE. We were denied a room because of our Service Animal. Why do I say that? 1)They had available rooms. But... 2) We were told by the manager that because they did not have a pet friendly room, they would have to deep clean the room/cabin afterwards... therefore... 3) We, along with our service dog...were denied! Check your ADA Laws people!!

We got the strawberry rhubarb pie with vanilla ice cream served warm and I'm not exaggerating when I say we completely inhaled it the second it hit the bar. No picture. No pause. Just immediate destruction. It was that good. The little bar/restaurant itself is super cute, super quirky in the best way, and everyone working there was genuinely so friendly. It has that "you are very far from everything but somehow exactly where you're supposed to be" vibe. If you're driving the Extraterrestrial Highway through Rachel, Nevada, the stop at Little A'Le'Inn is an absolute must. It's one of those places that just makes the whole road trip feel like an experience instead of just a drive. Overall: weird, iconic, delicious, and the perfect closing chapter to our very dusty, very hot, very unforgettable camping tour

Little A'Le'Inn It's…read morenot every day you find yourself pulling up to what looks like a desert container and realizing... you've just arrived at alien ground zero. Now, I'll be honest I'm not the "they're out there" guy. That honor belongs to my buddy, who treats anything extraterrestrial like it's a confirmed appointment. Me? I got pulled into this whole thing after watching Alienstock and thinking, "Alright... I gotta at least see this circus." And right there in the heart of Rachel, Nevada sits this legendary little outpost. From the outside, yeah it's humble. No frills. No illusions of fine dining. But that's not why you're here. You're here because this place is basically the unofficial headquarters for alien believers, conspiracy chasers, and curious road-trippers who took a wrong turn and leaned into it. And let me tell you the staff? They get it. They lean ALL the way in. My buddy was absolutely eating it up like he was about to get recruited into some intergalactic council. Me? I'm standing there half amused, half impressed, like, "Alright... I respect the commitment." It's fun. It's self-aware. It doesn't take itself too seriously, and that's exactly why it works. Now, let's talk food. The burger? Solid. Not life-changing, not gourmet but when you've been out in the Nevada desert questioning reality for a few hours, it hits like a five-star meal. Cold drink, hot food, and a place to sit down and laugh about the absurdity of it all? That's a win. But here's the real deal the "ambiance," if you can call it that. You're not just eating... you're participating. This place has history. It's iconic. It's weird in all the right ways. Stickers, stories, people passing through with wild theories and even wilder road trip tales. It feels like a clubhouse for the unknown. So yeah if you break it down piece by piece? Building: simple. Food: good, middle of the road. Service: great. But the experience? That's where it goes full five stars. You're not coming here for perfection you're coming here for the story. And buddy... it delivers. Boop. Five stars.

The property is very well-maintained, the restaurants are a delight, and the pool area is excellent--I loved being able to order drinks right from my lounge chair. My only real complaint was the check-in process; my room wasn't ready until two hours after the official check-in time. It was a bit of an inconvenience after a long day of meetings, but the staff was friendly, and I was able to pass the time using the gym. I also bought a day pass for the spa, which turned out to be pretty underwhelming. Aside from a private pool and steam room, it doesn't offer much unless you're booking an actual treatment. A private spa jacuzzi would have been a huge plus, especially since the main resort jacuzzi was constantly crowded. Unless you are getting a specific service, I would skip the spa pass. Overall, despite the check-in delay, it was a great stay and I would definitely return.

I asked her nicely if I could checkin and not be charged as courtesy. She declined my request and said it's the policy . I told her I fully understand the policy and it has to be followed accordingly. However we all know that there was not a single soul there that afternoon. I told her if people were overflowing at the front desk I totally understand. I even mentioned to her that I've been playing and gambling all morning. She was totally very unhelpful to the point that I got very upset. Not because of the $20 charge but the principle. On a Monday afternoon in Mesquite do you think there will be hundreds of people rushing to check in. Figure the math. And mind you She was the front office supervisor. No wonder they have 2 star rating. I'm surprised even with 2 stars.
