Management does NOT clean the carpets after tenants leave even if they have animals living in that apartment. I would think that the extra fee they charge for having the animal should go towards things like this. Needless to say the carpets were scary. I work long hours and am not at the apartment often. I would try to use the gym on my day off and it was always closed, even before COVID. Management would schedule random meetings in the gym and often it was closed for no reason that I could understand. Also, there were several tenants who would have frequent parties until 2, 3, and 4am making it impossible to sleep. I have no problem with an occasional party but as I said I work long hours and parties several times a week, every week is something management needs to address. There would be beers cans lined up on these tenants balcony and thrown in the yard. It would not be difficult for management to find these people to have a talk with them....just follow the beer cans. Lastly, my car would get parked in. I would park where I was told to park and neighbors or their friends would park me in making me late for work and just adding stress to an already stressful situation. Maintenance and the secretary, who recently left her job, were wonderful!!

The only thing I didn't like is that they do monthly inspections. And to me that is not necessary with someone that lives alone. That doesn't get messy that cleans 2 or 3 times a week with germicides. Bleach and cleaners. Other than that, I have nothing bad to report. I lived in a downstairs apartment on a corner in the middle building. Towards the back. I think it is under new management now though

The only reason I moved was because of Covid and the fact that no one knew if the schools would close again. I am a single mother and didn't need the financial stress if I was required to home school. When I signed the papers Dec 31, 2020, the previous manager said that the former maintenance man had broken into the office during the night. There were issues with the apartment that should have been resolved before my move-In date. For example, the inch or so gap between baseboard and linoleum. When I questioned the maintenance man as to how long this repair would take he said, 1 1/2 to 2 hours because of the miter cuts which are angle cuts. I have done woodworking and know this timeframe to be untrue. He repeatedly told me I could sign a consent form so he could enter my apartment while I was at work, even bringing the form to my door. Obviously I didn't sign. From that day forward I was under constant surveillance. The maintenance man and his wife kept track of my schedule. Either he was waiting for me or one of them immediately came out when I took my son to bus stop, dog out to potty, came home from work, went to neighbors, laundry, ect. I know because I would watch their door, legs from my window. There were times they actually went in right after I did. His wife would bring their 3 large dogs to the area in front of my apartment after my refusal. Who puts fans in their windows in January, the maintenance man does!! Myself and other females felt uncomfortable around the maintenance man who feels he has the right to be disrespectful, including yell at tenants. I am writing this review to warn people as well as on the behalf of current residents who fear speaking up. Since the maintenance man knew I always worked on Thursday, they forced entrance into my apartment with a 48 hr notice under the guise of changing my blinds. Even though he had told me that he would schedule an appointment. After he had searched my apartment that Thursday, he did schedule an appointment with my neighbor to change his blinds. After that incident, I shared everything with my employer who encouraged me to guard my apartment during future inspections. Two inspections a month, sometimes a third for a bonus. After 7 months, I moved out. My friend accompanied me during the final walk through. Apartment was left spotless. New manager who is very kind but temporary signed for full deposit refund. So my walk through was on Aug 9 2021, 30 day notice complete on Aug 16, 2021. Aug 10 I turned off my services in case the maintenance man did any repairs so I wasn't changed. Corporate charged me $68 for 6 days of utilities I never used. Thankfully the manager was able to issue me a refund.

Called twice about getting the quote and never heard back. Now December 9 and nothing. If you want to waste your time, call them. Update- heard from an extremely apologetic Mike. Email quote had been sent but with a grammatical error, so it wasn't received. Also, the phone number I had wasn't (apparently) the prime number so my calls hadn't been heard. As a retired contractor, it isn't that mistakes happen, it's how they're handled that counts. Kudo's to Mike-he took every step to resolve this in just an hour! Thanks Mike.

Let me clarify, we had to use 2-26 foot trucks and a 16 foot truck. Mikes crew loaded 1 truck and they were great. The other crew not so much. They didn't use many blankets and really stacked it in the truck and didn't use many tie down straps, as a result we suffered quite substantial damage. Mike made it right by reducing our money owed. The other thing that detracted from the experience was that Mikes lead (also Mike) and one of the workers got into a verbal altercation toward the end of the delivery. The worker wouldn't listen to Mike the lead and as a result more damage occurred. Neither of them would back down and that prolonged it. Thank goodness there was nothing physical. Those 2 things kept us from giving a 5 star review. Again the primary crew was stellar except for the verbal altercation thing. The damage was caused by the other crew. They did store our stuff at Mikes place in the trucks for a few days and we truly appreciate that. The only reason we wouldn't consider them again is because we aren't moving again.
