I got a call @ 9:30 am on the 31st and was told the truck was there and I needed to be at the dealership that day by 6:00 pm with my financing or it would be sold to another party who had "cash in hand". I informed Jim and Finance Mgr David Shetil that I couldn't do that before 09/04. David said that if I wasn't there that day they had another buyer that would be getting the truck so the sale could be counted in their end of month figures. What was the point of my putting $500 down as requested. As of today 09/08, I still have not received a refund of my down payment! The salesman Bryson Paugh has been anything but efficient. I bought the Jeep January 29, 2024. The dealership didn't file the paperwork until 2/15/2024. The paperwork they completed was incorrect and rejected by the MVA but no one did anything about it. A supervisor at the MVA showed me all the errors on the paperwork. The title number was incorrect, the milage was incorrect, the issue date was incorrect and the dealer checked the box that says the Jeep exceeds mechanical limits. Checking this box not only lowers the value of the Jeep but voids my warranty!! I have contacted Mr. Paugh and he has been giving me a lot of lip service and no action. He has been very nonchalant and told me that it is really no big deal and all this was the MVA's mistake and that the MVA told them to check that box. All this is really simple paperwork that the dealership can take care of if they cared. If they valued their customers. Mr. Paugh is well aware that I am trying to refinance the Jeep and I was offered a better rate half of the rate I the dealership was able to find me. However I need the title to take advantage of the offer. Since the dealer has taken so long to take care of this issue I will lose out on the refinance offer with Capital One. Again, no one at the dealership appears to care. Their customer service and ability to do their job effectively after they get your money is nonexistent. Very disappointed with my experience.

They have had my truck in the shop at least 3 times since I purchased it. For a continuous stream of issues that are all related. They refuse to believe half of it until WE have to physically show them the issues. And now my warranty has ran out, they had it for approximately 1/2 of it, and it has a huge oil leak in the rear main engine seal and no shop in my area will touch it due to location. The mechanics…read moreare without a doubt the most incompetent and questionable people that I have ever made the mistake of letting touch my truck. I have always done the maintenance on my truck myself but a few months back my oil was due for a change and my wife and I had to make an unexpected trip to Pittsburgh for a family emergency. So I went against my personal code and decided to go to a garage and unfortunately "George's Tune Up" was the only place that could get my in the next morning. When I arrived I should have known not to turn my truck over to them but as I said we had to be in Pittsburgh that day and I did not have time to do it myself. My appointment was at 8:00 a.m., I arrived at 7:45 Andy the owner (I'm assuming) showed up at 8:20. He was driving the same type of truck as mine (which was in rough shape) and when he got out without so much as a "hello" he pointed and said "I'll give you $50 dollars for your wheels and rear bumper". It was at this point that I could tell that he was high. His eyes were blood red, he was slurring his speech, and he smelled of marijuana from 10 feet away. Again I knew that I shouldn't turn my truck over to this guy but as I said I had to be in Pittsburgh that day and the clock was ticking. I thought "well the comment about the wheels and bumper must have been a joke" (it wasn't, by the way), and he obviously partook in taking illegal controlled substances, but I pushed my worries aside thinking maybe he I said just a manager or supervisor and that he doesn't actually work on the vehicles. (He does I found out) Anyway to make a long, and very agrivating story short I took the truck to Pittsburgh and back but I noticed I that it was running a little hot. So when i got home I checked it out and it was at that point that's I found power steering fluid in my radiator. This ignoramous was actually so out of it that while topping off my fluid levels he added power steering fluid into my radiator expansion tank. It still has me outraged and as I said this happened several months ago and it's taken me this long to write a review because,frankly it took this long to calm down from the whole experience just to keep a level head while writing this review. So to sum this all up don't ever go to George's Tune Up the best thing to do is handle the maintenance yourself if you have the time and know how. If you can't I would strongly recommend taking a short drive out Baltimore Pike in Cumberland, MD to Twiggs automotive they're really the only mechanics in the tri-state area that can be trusted not only to charge a fair price but to also complete the job correctly with no worries of mistakes, such as adding power steering fluid to the radiator. I hope this's review helps to save someone from the same headache I got as a result of using George's Tune Up. Thank you.
