Queen City Motors (QCM) is "The Real Deal!" I had purchased what I hoped and expected to be a fabulous car from QCM in August 2019. At three years old, it was still under "Bumper-to-Bumper" warranty with General Motors Corporation. Sadly, it developed an oil leak and needed to be tended to by the local GM maintenance shop since having QCM attempt repairs would invalidate the warranty. Three attempts and many months later, the origin of the leak was still unidentifiable. In the meantime, know that each time I was without "my" vehicle, QCM loaned me a vehicle to use, usually for a stretch of several days. In one instance, I had the loaner on a week-long road trip to Arkansas (approximately 15-hour drive each direction). Finally it was determined that locating the source of the leak in this vehicle could take days or months of investigation with no guarantee of repair. To the rescue: Dallas Hockman and Travis Wilson (allegedly twins)! Dallas helped me locate a replacement vehicle to purchase, and Travis made me the deal of the century in purchasing my defective vehicle at an amazingly more-than-fair purchase price which actually allowed me "money in my pocket" towards the new purchase. Dallas did more research and landed me a finance plan for the new vehicle at a better interest rate and a lower monthly payment than my previous car. Space does not allow me to adequately praise or thank this legendary local establishment. The reality is that, even though I have been dealing with them almost since their inception, they would treat ANY customer exactly the same way. They are genuinely the REAL DEAL! read more

Hats off to Queen City Motors. I purchased a truck from them and noticed quickly that the truck had a low spongy brake pedal. I made an appointment for the truck to be checked out and was told they would give me a loaner vehicle while they repaired my truck. Which they did. After getting truck back after a few days of running it the pedal went low again. I took it back and received another loaner vehicle. The repairs were made on my truck and Queen City Motors did something alot of dealerships could learn from. They spent alot of money making the nessisary repairs at no cost to me and repaired the truck. Their service writer Lorilia is a great asset to their business and kept me posted all through the repairs due to parts issues. They need two more people just like her. What Queen City Motors has done in my case is made a customer for life. I'm impressed with their business and since have baught the second vehicle from them. A new Pathfinder. We have had nothing but issues with the vehicle and absolutely no customer service to back it up. We've been left high and dry. They care only about the initial sale and not about following up with their word. We were interested in buying a second vehicle but we will not purchase from Queen City Motors agin. I went there looking for an AWD vehicle. They didn't have what I was looking for but offered to get one at auction. I then didn't hear from them for a month and a half even after I called and emailed. When I did finally reach someone, they said they didn't have the right phone number for me despite the fact my phone number is in the phone book and they did have my email. They were very apologetic and I decided to give them another chance. They immediately tried to sell me a car that was way over my budget and stated they "forgot" what my budget was. I just recently purchased my first car. I had browsed around at other car dealerships trying to find a car that I liked and would fit in my budget.
