We were directed to Ethan , their specialist in this for Hawaii. He called back in a day and gave him my itinerary. He said he would call back following day. Never happened. I called a week later and spoke to him. Had to remind him who I was and he said he now had a big conference to attend tomorrow but would try to get some options out that week. That was a couple weeks ago. Crickets. Very odd experience.

Alas, Vincent Vacations let me down again. I called and spoke with the owner (Lia) about another trip. She said she was busy and would call me back -- she took down my cell phone number and said she would call back within 24 hours, but she never did. This is exactly the same type of service I received from "Ethan" two years ago, that I found so infuriating. So, I waited a week or two, and called back again. This time, I spoke to the receptionist, who told me she was embarrassed nobody called me back, and she promised someone would call me back within 24 hours. (Same old story, right?) But then the receptionist said something that made me take notice! She said, "ETHAN will call you back." But the owner said in her Yelp response two years ago that ETHAN was let go in March 2020! But now, I learn ETHAN still works there! So, that means the owner (Lia Vincent) at Vincent Vacations LIED to all of us, in her Yelp response two years ago! I thought about this a while, and decided I didn't want to support a company with a poor reputation when it comes to ethics. For the record, ETHAN did (in fact) call me back within 24 hours, and I did verify it was the same ETHAN. Two years ago, my trip was canceled due to Covid-19 -- and Expedia refunded 100% of my money with zero hassle. I honestly was ready to spend that money with Vincent Vacations, but I guess I'm going back to Expedia. (Expedia does not lie to me.) Again -- shame on you Vincent Vacations!

Before Christmas 2025, they changed her oil, rotated the tires, and checked the antifreeze. Again, the price was reasonable. As the big snow approached in 2026, the coolant light came on. They worked her in and replenished the antifreeze. I know there are a couple of one-star reviews, but this worried dad has been please with the service provided to his daughter.

Sheila took care of all the special assistance needed at the airport (wheelchair, boarding, etc.) along with arranging a top-notch, round-trip car service from Logan to her friends house in Providence, RI. I picked my friend up at the airport yesterday upon her return and she absolutely raved about the service she received...both from Delta and the car service (Blacklane Chauffer, in case you're wondering). Sheila apparently left nothing to chance with Delta and Blacklane. All of the right information had been communicated to all the right people, making the moving parts of her trip work flawlessly. He always goes the extra mile to find the best prices and connections for flights, trains, hotels, restaurants, museums or must see shows! We always buy the travel insurance from him. He makes sure we don't over pay for what our needs are. We have only had to use it once and it was for delayed luggage. Bob even started the claim process for us the day the luggage got delayed. My only recommendation is to start making your travel arrangements early and make sure he knows all your timelines you want to meet and your expectations and you will not be disappointed!

At the Atlanta airport, something was off. I went through the entire itinerary and found so many issues. I ended up booking all of my hotels, trains, and flights myself. We cancelled with them by fax (as was their rule back then). THEY NEVER CANCELLED on their end and still charged our AMEX. Just found out that is still an issue.
