Searched on Yelp for a great message facility. Found this little slice of heaven in the adorable city of Norco. Called to see if my husband and I could get in the same day. Was able to get booked in. ( a day before Thanksgiving, awesone!!) Had an hour massage with Ashley! She was amazing! Everyone here are so sweet and accommodating. Feel 100% better. I'm not one to leave reviews but I went in to Time 2 Relax Day Spa today for Valentine's Day with my boyfriend and our experience left us bothered. We made appointments for facials at 3pm and 4pm. We got a call an hour before our appointment from the front desk saying they were running 15 minutes late. We're both not the type to make a big deal of things so we said it was okay, just 15 minutes no problem. We arrived on time at 3 and waited until 3:15. The esthetician peeked out to speak to front desk and said it will be another 5-10 minutes bc the lady she was helping added on another treatment. (Mind you my boyfriend and I made dinner reservations for AFTER this so we were worried we wouldn't make it) So AGAIN we wait. Not until 3:45 did I finally get called in to do my facial. The front desk lady said my boyfriend and I could pick any add on treatment for free since we had to wait so long. So we both chose the pumpkin peel. I get to the room with the esthetician and it went smoothly! The experience wasn't bad at all and I loved the products she used and she was a very sweet lady, but she used a blue light on me and I guess it was an additional cost but she said she would do it for free. I didn't ask for the extra add on of the blue light, she pulled it out on her own, and she said it was free. She does the same for my boyfriend. Well we get to pay and they charge us both for the blue light add on. That we didn't ask for. My boyfriend was paying and didn't want to bother haggling bc we were rushing to leave and we were just rubbed the wrong way at this point. The ladies were kind and I would say I want to go back, but they charged us for something we didn't ask for (and they said was free) and our appointments were pushed back almost an hour. Again, this is nothing against the esthetician or the front desk, maybe it was a mistake but we left paying for it. I did like the facial and I left feeling refreshed and glowy. I had an acne facial and pumpkin mask last week and I absolutely loved it. I will definitely be making monthly trips for now on to take care of my skin and of course for a massage next visit. I felt very relaxed and welcome, best of all the two ladies there were very professional. I added the pumpkin mask and light stem treatment which were both phenomenal. In addition, I had the hydrating facial mask, which was very beneficial for my extremely dehydrated skin. I will be trying the microdermabrasion my next few visits. I like to do that treatment regularly to treat my acne scarring. I had my body massage by Shae and my facial by Lydia. read more

Wow! I can't believe it is my first time coming to this place, but certainly not my last! I am days from getting married and as any stressed and busy bride left finding a place to get a facial till last minute. I called many places and they weren't able to accommodate me. I finally found this place and saw the great reviews and amazing prices and called, I wasn't able to go in till 5pm and when I called was told they close at 5pm but they were willing to wait for me till 4pm (I wanted a face facial and back facial totaling 2 hours) after telling her I wouldn't be able to make that was it. I was then called 20 min later and was told the esthetician was willing to wait for me till 5pm and take me in for both my facials! If that isn't amazing customer service I don't know what is! Oh my God, I never knew that getting a detox could feel so great! I haven't been able to sleep lately and after my detox I slept like a baby! The staff and the owner are amazing! I went here for a prenatal massage, I was able to get an appointment the moment I called. I paid $40 for an hour and it was totally worth it, the girl that massaged made me very comfortable and it was easy for me to relax. She also did a great job making sure I was okay. This place is really nice, you can have a whole spa day for a fraction of the price! It was not the best massage of my life, you get your moneys worth. I got a hot stone massage, hour long, for $40 special (normally $45!!), definitely worth the money! I'm not a fan of the $20 massages, they just don't seem relaxing to me, but I don't want to pay $70 for a massage either- this place is right in the middle, with a tranquil room with spa music on, low lights, but affordable. The downer is that they close early on Sat. and are not open of Sunday's or Monday's. Time2Relax is by far the best place around for a massage and facial! I've tried others only because they didn't have an appointment available when I needed it. I have not found anyplace that comes close. I've been going here for years! Robin is by far the best for massages! Her new esthetician is amazing. Very relaxing. The place is a hidden treasure. They do facials, tanning, massages and waxing. I had the joy of getting a massage and I sure got my hours worth. Most places cut down on the time your on the massage table but that wasn't the case here. The music was really relaxing I almost forgot where I was. Will be back for sure. read more

Tammy is a gentle and thorough aesthetician. Waxing services here are affordable and done in a clean and discreet manner. I didn't go home sticky from wax residue or bruised from a technician in a hurry. The spa has ample parking and is spotlessly clean. I rarely get massages but when I do I go here. My wife loves going to Time 2 Relax when she gets the chance too. Why? Mostly due to their friendly staff and owner as well as the quality of the treatments we've received. Best small spa ever! The first time I came here in July I got the facial and massage special for $99! It was amazing! After that I came back for massages as they are reasonably priced and closer to me than my last massage place. I have received massages from Robin, Shaelynn, and Gabriela and they all pay attention to what you want and did an excellent job with the pressure and working on my neck. However, Shaelynn really was just "it" for me and she began working on my neck for the past few weeks. My migraines have gone way down and I look forward to my sessions with her. She truly has a gift! I also really enjoy being able to text for appointments instead of having to call all the time. I would love to see this small business grow just a little bit bigger so you could bring a couple girlfriends at the same time. This place is fantastic! My massage therapist was Patricia, ask for her. She is very knowledgeable about what she does and had some really great tips on how to help with some of my back and neck problems at home. She really knew where to focus and give more attention to on my body and was always concerned with my comfort . She was so sweet and kind. The establishment is cute, clean, and comfortable. The room I was in was nice and dim with soft music playing, the sheets on the massage table where comfortable. Overall great experience and will definitely be going back. I called last minute and they happened to have an appointment available so I took it :). I was greeted upon walking in and the candle had the place smelling so good. It really was very peaceful inside and made you feel at ease and relaxed upon entering. My massage was really good. I'm so glad I stumbled upon Time 2 Relax and will be coming at least monthly. This was my first time here and I will definitely be going back! I got a 60 min deep tissue massage from Robin and she was amazing! Her technique and pressure was perfect!! I feel super relaxed! The prices are super reasonable and everyone was super professional! I initially had a massage scheduled last Tuesday but I got sick so I called Sunday to cancel not knowing they aren't open Sundays. I got their voicemail so I hung up and figured I call back Monday. Minutes later I got a call back from them and I was able to cancel my appointment, no problem! When I finally felt better, I called and was able to schedule a new appointment for Saturday no problem. The search for a massage therapist/spa is over! read more

The staff makes you feel comfortable the minute you walk in with their engaging smiles, making it easier to talk with the staff. I've been a repeat customer to Time 2 Relax spa for 3+ years now. Robin, the owner, is sweet and makes booking a breeze. The rooms are tranquil and comfortable, and like anywhere in Norco, decorated in a Western theme. I primarily come to get a massage. You can't beat their prices anywhere. I've had a few different massage therapists over the years. No one has really stood out to me - Summer gives an excellent scalp massage. I'm not a fan of the facials. The last one i received was just eh. I had a European facial with the pumpkin mask. The esthetician would apply the creams/mask and then i would just lay there waiting... first for 4 minutes, then for 8 minutes, then 10 minutes. I felt like she could have been massaging my shoulders or something while i lay there. Make it worth more of my time and money. The only other thing i was disappointed in, was that their credit card machine doesn't accept visa gift cards. I wanted to use my visa gift card because it was a birthday gift, but then i had to pay out of my own pocket which left me strapped. I have also tried the foot soak/detox. I wasn't really impressed by it. Maybe there is benefits for long time use, but I just left feeling dehydrated. I wouldn't try it again. Over all, I love Time 2 Relax. I would recommend it to anyone. I like to start face down and have the focus on my back and neck, she is the only one who does exactly what I like. What an amazing hidden gem. I have been coming here to deal with lower back pain and Ashley has been instrumental with her magic hands. My pain is non existent and she is so caring and tells you exactly what you need to do to help strengthen your muscles with appropriate stretching. Ashley is an incredible massage therapist and I rave about her all the time. I also have to say, Robin, is also a great person. She helped resolve an issue when I was mistakenly added to another massage therapist's schedule. When I didn't get Ashley I was upset but Robin being a great business owner apologized and explained what happened and offered me a discount to come back. I didn't need the discount to come back the prices here are incredible & I didn't even mention the discount when I was going to pay and she gave it to me because she remembered. I have had many massages over the years from Glen Ivy to Massage Envy to the Ritz Carlton Hotel and Robin at Time 2 Relax was EXCEPTIONAL!!! I can tell the difference between someone that is just okay to WOW this person is amazing & I don't get that very often. I will be a life-long customer of Robin and would follow her anywhere else she decided to work. The spa itself is very quaint and small but the massage room is all that matters to me & it was clean, the table was warm, it smelled nice & was quiet & peaceful. Nice thing was Robin answered my questions but didn't start up a major conversation during my massage, which I appreciate. The price of the 1 hour massage was a pleasant surprise as they were having a special for $39 for 1 hour and the regular price is $45, which I think is still a deal for a 1 hour massage.
