This place is a second location of the place across the freeway Willis Cleaners notice so many horrible reviews they lost my Nike Golf shirt and then they call me a liar. They say it's impossible. To top that off today the owner Assaulted me police onsite and charges will be filled. Horrible people both the owner and his wife not happy and treat customers terrible. Do not go to this cleaners! They have ruined several of my clothes. The last one was a sweater that I had only worn once. When talking to the owner about it she said it wasn't her fault that they shrunk it and stretched it. Very rude when I asked her about it. She just walked away and said she wasn't responsible. I will not be going back. It's convenient for me because of Kroger and HEB but I will drive a little further to make sure my clothes are done right. read more

Wow! I wish I had read some reviews before bringing my sport coat here for sleeve alterations. She measured the sleeves, I came back a week later to pick it up and waited 5 minutes because they couldn't find my coat. Got home and a few days later tried it on only to find that they did nothing for $24.77. I'm a supporter of small business and hate to have to write this if it weren't for the nasty and disrespectful way I was treated when I went back today. I have tried giving them the benefit that they are new and need to learn how we like our shirts done, so for 6 weeks I have been asking and kept returning. Once in a while they would get it right. I have been using Time cleaners for many years. about 1 year ago I took in a $125.00 skirt from Nordstrom.. I let the owner know that it had to be hand washed. She said, no problem, I hand wash.. I picked the skirt up a few days later and it was completely destroyed. The owner told me it was the manufacturer's fault.. I didn't go back for a few months. I decided to give Time Cleaners another chance..I recently took in a $300.00 outfit . I picked it up today and it is destroyed. It looks like she washed it with a bright yellow garment. As it has bright yellow spots all over the collar. The owner claimed she did not touch the top to the outfit, which is a lie. Anytime I've taken garnets in with a spot of any kind a note is pinned to the garment and noted. Anyone that uses this business knows this. . The owner proceeded to tell me it's the manufacturers fault once again.. Afrer she just told me she had not touched the garment . I will never return to this dry cleaning business again.. They actually tole me that "it will wash out" and were surprised when I asked them to fix it. Do NOT take your clothes to this cleaners. I tried them out and they were very friendly and seemed professional; when I went back to pick up my cleaning, one of my shirts was missing and they had someone else's shirt with my things. I also left pants to be altered with other cleaning. The cleaning was ready, but the hemmed pants were not. They gave me back the ticket marked paid, with 1 item to pick up. When I went back to pick up my pants, they had the audacity to tell me I had already picked them. My husband I scrupulously went over our clothes numerous times and we clearly did not have them. So they basically stole my pants and I paid for them to be hemmed. This all happened within less than one month. I would recommend D&L Cleaners on 1097. If I could give zero stars on this I would. We dropped off men's dress shits at Willis Cleaners (also owned and operated by Time Cleaners) They ruined a few men's Joseph Banks dress shirts shirts - melted buttons and left with blue spots. For more than a week they hid behind a clerk that has no authority to resolve anything but was very sorry. They were unwilling to return phone calls. Finally after speaking to a woman at Time Cleaners, she claimed that the shirts had glue in them that came through. This is ridiculous but she went on to add "We no do anything for you" read more

We have been a customer for 1 year after moving to Willis. I bought 4 new shirts and they were dropped off to be pressed. I took two of them out and the collar buttons were broken. The third has a scorch mark on it. Upon arriving, a customer leaving the store spoke to me and was complaining about their service and I shouldn't use them. I ignored the comments and proceeded in hoping my experience would be better. I presented my request professionally, ask the clerk for assistance. She said I would have to drop them off and the owner would consider it. I ask to speak to her. The owner told me that it wasn't her fault I must have done it myself. I explained that I do not own an iron and the shirt was never worn. She insisted it was makeup and that I did it. I explained to her that since I'm a man, I haven't ever worn make up and the shirts was obviously still in the package from the Joseph Bank store. I also pointed out that the shirt had not been worn after picking it up. She again stated it was my fault because the shirt was picked up 2 weeks ago and again I explained that I have several shirts and did not need it. She then digressed into not understanding English which she has spoken clearly for a year. I have been using Willis Cleaners, which is owned by Time Cleaners, for a while to clean and press my work shirts. The shirts started coming back with wrinkles on the pockets, hair, and lint all over them. I talked with the employee at Willis Cleaners, who was very nice, and she said she would make notes on the ticket to try and resolve this. Today i picked up my work shirts and they were wrinkled with hair and lint all over them still. I was told the owner was across the highway at Time Cleaners. I went over there and asked for the owner or manager. I lady came to the counter and stood there. Again i asked if i could speak to the owner and the employee pointed to this lady. I asked the lady if she was the owner and she said, "WHAT YOU WANT?" Not a typo. I showed her the shirts i had just picked up from her other store, Willis Cleaners, across the highway and was showing her the wrinkles and hair and lint on them and this lady said ,"YOU GO DIFFERENT CLEANER." Again, not a typo.At this point, I stood there for a second thinking that this lady was telling me she didn't need my business. This lady was rude and didn't care that she was loosing my business.
