Whenever I leave them I realize how much it is worth the extra few miles to drive over to there business because they are always professional and do a fabulous job. I asked for alterations, they were fantastic and took a lot less time than I expected. The garment I had dry cleaned had some stains in it. They got them out. Very pleasant and kept me updated about the alterations. read more

I called 30 minutes before to make sure they were available to look at my wedding dress and when I got there they couldn't answer any questions and the guy that was supposed to be there apparently just left for lunch. At 9am. When I brought up that I called 30 minutes before and just drove 40 minutes she snapped at me and I just left. Unprofessional and rude. read more

I am new to the area and in search of a business that does dry cleaning and alterations. I went to this particular location because of its proximity to my home and work. They always seem to be pretty busy so I assume they do quality work. I go drop off a pair of pants to be hemmed. I was told they it would take 7 days to complete. I was ok with this because it would be 10 days before I needed them. I go to pick my pants up on the tenth day. They were not ready and the seamstress would not be back for the next 4 days. I am not impressed or pleased with their service. I did not receive any communication that my item would not be ready. I am totally upset and frustrated. When I dropped my pants off the seamstress was their and a gentleman was in front of me getting a same day alteration! I really believe deep down my item didn't altered because my skin tone wasn't in compliance to who normally patronizes their business. No worries....I won't return read more

Needed 2 leather jackets cleaned. He said they could not be clean but he could steam them. Dropped them off on June 29th and was told to pick them up on July 7th. Went there on the 8th, first they could not find them. Stood there for 15 minutes, they tried to call the owner and kept looking. I told them I did not live close. It was a total of 62 miles (drop off & pick up) and 2 hours of my time because of the construction. Finally, they found a bag the jackets had been throw in and nothing had been done to them. They now smell terrible. DO NOT USE THIS CLEANER! I just can't figure out how something like this could happen. read more

Broke the buttons off my husbands expensive dress shirts and didn't call us or let us know when we picked up let alone fix them for us. It wasn't until we got home that we found out and when we took them back to get fixed they didn't apologize and we had to ASK them several times to fix them. When we got them back they put on different buttons and left the old buttons so they all had MISMATCHED buttons. Terrible terrible service. Will never come back. read more

I used this place for the first time this week. I was reluctant to try other places because of negative reviews and this place had no reviews at all...but decided to try them anyway. I dropped off 3 suit jackets and they were $3 each. Exciting, but also concerning because it was so inexpensive...i.e. You get what you pay for. I dropped them off late Monday afternoon and was told they would be ready after 5 on Tuesday. I have a cat and one of these jackets looked more like a human size cat because she stole it and used it as a bed... Ugh! I pointed it out and they said no problem, expected an additional charge to de-fur, not one extra dollar. So, I picked up my cleaned jackets and looked them over. Not only were they very clean and nicely pressed, not a single cat hair, all my buttons and the zipper still works. So happy that I found this little gem! Great customer service, happy to see you and want to make life convenient for you (multiple drop off locations), wonderful pricing, overall great experience! I can't say anything about how they handle issues because I didn't have any. They will be my go-to moving forward! read more

This business is very professional and friendly. I use it occasionally, as it is farther away than one of their other cleaners closer to me. I particularly drop by to experience Great Customer Service from GLADYS who is a true gem! She has ALWAYS handled any problems I may have had with courtesy and genuine concern. She works very hard to give this business a good reputation and I feel her trustworthiness shines through in how she treats me AND my clothes.
