The service, cleanliness, friendliness of the staff, and quality of the cleaning is top shelf. Their prices are also amazing! For example, I took my 9x12 Ruggable rug in on 06/08/2026 to have them wash and dry it and it was only $30 + tax. The rug was ready the next day and it looked fabulous and smelled amazing. I had to be literally sewn into the dress moments before the wedding--a nightmare scenario for any special occasion. When I brought the issue to their attention, they agreed to replace the zipper. I explained that the original zipper was small and discreet, and it needed to match. The woman working there dismissed my concern, telling me, "I know, shes a professional." When I picked it up again, the new zipper was huge, completely wrong for the dress, and looked ridiculous. They again promised to fix it. Two more weeks go by, and when I returned to finally pick it up, it still wasn't fixed. This has been a frustrating, time-consuming, and incredibly disappointing experience.
