They do not have a website so you can not check your balance unless you call them and when you do, the women are so rude and never know what your balance is! I would never recommend anyone to ever use this finance company. My statements are always late, and sometimes I don't get them at all. When trying to ask the workers here to send me all the statements in time, they'll get mad. I make my payments at 7/11 always on time and once they charged me a late fee. I immediately called them and asked them why I was charged a late fee, I have all the proof that I always pay on time, I keep all the receipts of the payments and to do this that late fee is still on my statements. I will not pay for that. Somehow my car statements are always late or go missing but the late fee is always on time every month. The workers are always so rude when you call for something as well. It's sad that I have to post this, but this is a really bad company to work with like so many other people have mentioned. The minute you are late even a day, they start calling you threatening to repo your car which they never do.The gentleman Alex is extremely rude and unprofessional, and uses the excuse of 'your not the person on the contract' when it's convenient to him. The car I currently have is under my husband's name, and even though I am not on the loan, he takes my payment and all my information per usual for the last 3 years. This month we were past due over some personal reasons first time I've ever been 30 days late, and when I called to make the payment, he copped an attitude talking about you need to pay your payoff amount if you want to keep your car (we only have 2 more payments). When I asked him for the pay off amount he RUDELY responded with, your husband needs to call, your not on the loan. When I told him that my husband tried calling himself but they needed to speak to me, he straight out said, I highly doubt that ma'am, stop making up stories. I didn't even know what to say! When I told him that I wasn't making up the story and that why was it that they would authorize my payments without being on the loan but they won't give me a pay off amount he just said, 'your not on the loan, have your husband call if you want to keep your car'. It's sad that they have such a bad reputation and that unfortunately, it is not one that has been made up. Word of Advice: Avoid these people at all costs. They truly are those companies that you hear about on 60 minutes harassing their clients trying to collect money. read more

I've been with Time Finance going on 3 years. I have no complaints about them. As long as you keep communication with them, they'll help you out. My head gaskets went out on my car and Time Finance has went out of their way and looked for a mechanic to get my car repaired. They even offered to lower my payments for 3 months while I get my car fixed. read more

This is by far the worse business I've ever come across... They have the worse customer service. They are disrespectful and I was told by one of their employees to stop acting stupid and stop lying. I was screamed at by another employee and was told their supervisors name and number was irrelevant and that he was going to call me 100 times a day and harass me. All of this happened because I traded my vehicle in 1 and a half weeks prior and they had not been paid by the dealership yet. Instead of them hearing me out they insulted me and shouted at me.
