I tipped more than I wanted to because after I tipped she asked more for the second lady and I accidentally over tipped. She did not say thank you for the Large tip and she did not push back my cuticles like I asked nor did she arch my brows like I asked 4 times. She just waxed them with no shape. The nails asre REALLY thick and they were not the right product for a french manicure. You can see the powder through the nails, its like it did not set right or something. I only wanted my thumb nails protected since they were both splitting at the sides along the front of the nails and were painful. I let them talk me into getting a full set of artificial nails which would be fine if they would have protected the split in my nails, the whole reason for coming! One of my nails are crooked, the natural white line is not lined up with her dipped white portion so you can see my natural white line then the dipped white line, the nails tips were too small, the dipped resin is think and bumpy in places and flatten in wrong areas on other nails, she could not be bothered to remove the excess glue or release my nails from being stuck to the skin on my fingers... I felt like the tech rushed through my nails trying to hurry home which is not fair since, I paid what others paid that I hope received a relaxed session with nails that were done right. I even had to ask her to fix the build up of glue she left under my nails and she had an attitude about it. I don't know if she is always this bad or she was just rushed but I will not come back.

(The person was late and I never got a call to tell me they were even coming. After I reached out they said she was on her way but couldn't text me because the app was hard to get a number from and she was driving. But she was actually a passenger and either way should have called a manager for them to reach out to me, I digress...) But I can honestly say I have never had such a disappointing and painful experience in getting my brows waxed. To be fair, the shape is fine. However, I am 3 days post wax and have dried scales of skin underneath my eye brows. It is still trying to heal from where it was ripped/burned and I am having to use makeup to cover up the redness on my brow. It still burns to even put moisturizer on my skin. Furthermore, in a complete first, my eye LIDS were swollen the day after my wax because they put the wax all the way down into the crease of my eye lids and ripped and aggravated the skin. Never had anyone do that. I assume it was because she was 25 minutes late for my appointment and 10 minutes late for the person after me so maybe she was rushing? I think she left the wax on for too long and put it in inappropriate and delicate areas. Either way, I can't recommend their services for brow waxing, not sure of other services they offer.
