She told us she could not do a 3D flower but indicated she could try to do the rest of the design that included French tips with cheetah prints on each nail plus rhinestones and small flowers. What we got was very nice French tips but only cheetah print on each ring finger that looked like a child's coloring. I wish she has just said that she could not do any of the nail art. After I reached out they said she was on her way but couldn't text me because the app was hard to get a number from and she was driving. But I can honestly say I have never had such a disappointing and painful experience in getting my brows waxed. To be fair, the shape is fine. However, I am 3 days post wax and have dried scales of skin underneath my eye brows. It is still trying to heal from where it was ripped/burned and I am having to use makeup to cover up the redness on my brow. It still burns to even put moisturizer on my skin. Furthermore, in a complete first, my eye LIDS were swollen the day after my wax because they put the wax all the way down into the crease of my eye lids and ripped and aggravated the skin. Never had anyone do that. I assume it was because she was 25 minutes late for my appointment and 10 minutes late for the person after me so maybe she was rushing? I think she left the wax on for too long and put it in inappropriate and delicate areas. Either way, I can't recommend their services for brow waxing, not sure of other services they offer.

As for the actual service, I liked the pedicure. I got the Wellness Pedicure, which included a foot bath, foot scrub, paraffin wax, and a foot massage. The nail technician did an excellent job as I was relaxed during the entire time. For the manicure, I got white gel squoval nails. The nail technician was able to get my nails to the straight and pristine squoval shape with my natural nails, despite my nails being short to begin with. The service was fast and efficient.
