I had a disappointing experience with Jones Family Insurance. I was in the process of building a…read moreproperty, and there was a gap of approximately one week between the expiration of my previous insurance policy and the issuance of my certificate of occupancy. To cover this period, I was required to purchase a four-month insurance policy, with the assurance that I would be reimbursed for the unused portion once coverage was no longer needed. However, that reimbursement never materialized. Despite their initial assurances, I was ultimately asked to pay the full amount. This experience has left me dissatisfied, and I would not choose to work with this company again. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them to others, as their practices appear to prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. Definitely contacting BBB The main concern is that insurance agent do not disclose material facts.... Basically unethical and unprofessional agents.
