I came here with my husband, my husband enjoyed his massage. But unfortunately I was not happy whatsoever. I called in advance to ask for a prenatal massage and they told me they do offered it. Honestly she just rubbed lotion all over my body if I wanted lotion rubbed all over me I would of done it at home. I understand not everyone knows how to take care of someone who is pregnant but that is why I called. And before walking out she looked at me and asked for tip. Not to mention when I called me quoted me $55 the hour for the prenatal and end up charging me $65 for it. Not coming here ever again. read more

I call ahead a time and he got me in within the hour! 1hr message with warm heated bed, hot stones and getting out every knot and can move my head and arm compare when I walked in where I couldn't move my head side to side or lift my arm up. Could not have disliked more. Masseuse had zero technique, worse than a normal amateur. Used her elbow and forearm to go over my back with no apparent method or benefit. Then asked me to turn over after 30minutes where she took the next 30 minutes just softly touching me and concentrated on my inner thigh in apparent effort to arouse me, I guess to sell more. Anyway, I wanted a normal therapist with skills. Not here. There are good alternatives, go there. read more

I don't normally write negative reviews but this one is warranted. I had the worst massage ever here. It was like the lady was just pouring oil on me and sort of rubbing it in. I asked her to adjust and she did not listen. I couldn't wait for it to be over. I've had many massages in my life and never experienced anything like this! She kept doing weird tapping and patting things just to run the clock out. Then when I went to checkout, I reluctantly gave her a $10 tip and the person and the front desk told me "$15 is better" and pressured me to leave $15. What a joke. I emailed the company multiple times for a refund and never heard back, hence the review. I felt ripped off and left my appointment in a worse mood than before I came in. I have been a few times to get a deep tissue massage by Leo, and it is always very good. The last time I went and was paying after, I was asked to provide a larger tip. I included a 16% tip as I always had previously, and was quizzically looked at and told that I usually give more. He proceeded to ask for the amount equivalent to a 33% tip. I was caught extremely off guard as he told me that it is hard work, as I also work very hard for my money. As a 25 year old woman (most people think I'm maybe 18), I feel taken advantage of and disrespected.
