HORRIBLE COMPANY. The woman who showed us a property, Heather, was so unfriendly and seemed annoyed she had to do her job. The woman in the office, Lacy, was nice but absolutely clueless. If I could give 0 stars, I really would. This has been by far the worst experience I have ever had with a rental management company. The lack of professionalism and attention to detail was worrisome to say the least. Went to see 2 different properties shown by this company. 1st showing, no one showed up and I had to call to reschedule the showing and you would have thought I was pulling teeth. 2nd showing, same exact thing happened. No one showed up and when I called to ask, the unprofessionalism and snotty attitude was absolutely atrocious. AVOID THESE FOLKS AT ALL COSTS ! And whoever is picking up the phone/showing properties, (Hannah or Heather or something along those lines) needs a HUGE overhaul in customer service and client interactions. If she answered my phones, she would be fired immediately. Thank god we didn't end up renting from this company. While looking for a new place to live we found two properties under this company. Scheduled an appointment for the first property and no one showed. Called to see what happened and they "had us down for 3:30" which we would have never committed to since we have school age children who would had to come along with us to the showing. Rescheduled us for two days later and the woman who showed us the house was late and apparently we were an inconvenience to her day. She could not have been more bothered by us. Total turn off. Scheduled a showing for a second property unfortunately not realizing it was this same company. Showed up to the house, and what do you know...no one showed up. There was a cleaning crew at the house who let us in and we viewed the house on our own. The listing was marked as "ready now" and it was far from that. Dog poop in the yard, broken fence, broken cabinet doors, broken refrigerator door, the wood floor in the living room was coming apart, one of the rooms smelled like wet dog. These are all things we noticed within 5min of being in the home. There is no way the home was "ready now". Called the office and the same woman who we saw earlier that week answered the phone. Again, we asked what happened and with the same energy she gave us the few days prior, she said "oh I thought we canceled everyone". No apology. No offer to reschedule. The few interactions we had with the company and their representative were bad enough for us to avoid renting from them at all costs. read more

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! If I could give Time Realty 0 stars, I would. When we moved in, the place was a mess. The place was infested with fleas which we had to take care of before we could even move in, the grease in the kitchen was so thick we had to scrub multiple times over and over, the kitchen sink covered in mold. The back shower tiles and floor was covered in mold. There were electrical issues, the wheels were broken on the sliding door and the screen was broken. They replaced the screen but never fixed the slider and we ended up paying to have this done. There was drawers falling apart in the bathrooms as well as shelves in the kitchen. The front bathroom ceiling fan did not work and Allan requested instead of repair being taken care of, we remove the cover and send pictures before he sends maintenance. One of the bedrooms had water damage and puff paint on walls, as well as the walls still having nail holes, nails and thumb tacks in the walls. There were no face plates on certain electrical sockets, the toilet was constantly running and instead of a repair being made, Alan said to open the toilet and said he would talk us through the repair over the phone. It took weeks to have our heater fixed in winter, we reported over and over again. Allan was rude and spoke to me in a demeaning manner, like a woman couldn't possibly know what the problem was. Maybe Allan speaks to others like this, but not me buddy. Not necessary and not okay! The lack of response on behalf of both Allan and Brad was terrible. There were times we had to call or email to remind Dolores to send the water bill. I have rented from 7+ places, in 15 years and 2 states, and this is the absolute worst experience. I have always been welcomed back to rent! I am fearful that someone will get injured because Allan requests a renter climb on a countertop to take a picture rather than just sending maintenance. By the way, the fan motor did have to be replaced just like we said. Not to mention, we gave ample notice and they never put the signs up nor advertised like they saId they would. They were told they could show ahead of our move out date because they said they wanted to. We always made sure the place was impeccable and they never even showed it. Upon our exit, Brad acknowledged that the place looked better than when we moved in and they could move people in right away. It wAs turnkey ready, carpets and blinds professionally cleaned. NOT TO MENTION, THE OWNER ALLAN MANN WRITES HIS OWN REVIEW OF HIS COMPANY. What does that say about a business?? I just wish we would have read yelp before renting with Time Realty and Allan Mann. read more

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT COMPANY!! STAY AWAY!! Everything has been lies after move-in. I am a tenant renting "493 Country Club #227, Simi Valley, CA 93065". First I went & looked at this unit & liked how the location was very close to my employment. Little did I know that I would have to deal with this horrible management company for a simple rental. THEY MADE ME A PAY 12 MONTH'S RENT UPFRONT DUE TO THE CURRENT SITUATION WITH THE CORONAVIRUS!!! Which makes no sense at all!! Then they charged me 2 months security deposit as well!! So not only did they collect the whole year upfront & charge me 2 months of a security deposit!! THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT THEIR CLIENTS THAT PAY $32,000 DOLLARS UPFRONT!! HORRIBLE!! It gets much worse!! Upon move-in I was promised the unit would get a deep cleaning but instead the unit was filthy!! I call Allan Mann the property manager & he says he will send someone to clean. The person comes in & wipes everything very quickly then tells me that the property manager told us to do a "quick cleaning" so we can leave fast. Is this how you treat your clients? Give them a "quick cleaning" if they are not happy. After they did their "quick cleaning" the unit was still dirty. Not to mention so many issues that I was not aware of plumbing is running continually in the bathroom, tiles in the entrance & kitchen are loose!! Walls are all scratched & damaged!! Curtains don't work!! I WAS PROMISED ALL THIS STUFF WOULD BE REPAIRED BUT NOPE!! STILL DEALING WITH THESE SAME ISSUES!! Then Allan tells me if you want you can move-out. Oh ok, who's going to pay for my moving costs & time I need to take off work!! No one I guess!! AFTER DEALING WITH ALL THIS!! I CONTINUE TO HAVE ISSUES!! If they don't want to complete these repairs, I requested documentation to be signed that they are aware that all these issues are present so I am not responsible upon MOVE-OUT!! Remember they are holding a 2 month security deposit of $4400 from me. SO WHEN I ASK TO RECEIVE THE DOCUMENTATION STATING THEY ARE AWARE OF ALL THESE REPAIRS, they fail to provide it back to me up until this current moment!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I have reported them to the Department Of Real Estate & they will be following up with both of us so we can get this resolved. read more

I would give it no stars because thats the type of treatment or should I say "handling" we got from this company, we dealt with Allan and Brad... very non interactive rental property agents. Its probably the worst experience dealing with property management to do business with if you are renting, "Stay away" this guys dont return phonecalls, this guy Brad didnt even respond to me when I called and left him a message, just unprofessional. They kept us waiting for an answer when they knew we needed to get an answer due to the escrow situation. They made us feel like we're on their way, thats what it felt like, this is the kind of reception we got from this guys after we provided all documents and verifications they asked for in a very timely manner but they did their part the opposite We had to pay them $43 per person for an "application" and we dont even get a call back, or maybe even let us know what were waiting for. I definitely know that they cherry pick their clients... "beware" after making us wait they told us that the property owner decided to go with the other applicants when we were told the day of the property showing that there was no other applications pending or even on the table on that property... hey lets face it they could have been a little more professional and attend to us a bit since we wanted to lease. It was so unprofessional they did not tell us whats happening why we are waiting... for what?? up to the last minute This Brad told us ""oh sorry the owner of the house decided to go with the other appplicant" what applicant? they never told us that theres another applicant, only 3 days later... that means they didnt want us to rent the house, I dont know. No explanation there but simply just a very bad taste of customer service. Oh btw, this house was on the for rent status more than a month maybe even 2months,... Anyway, I would stay away, unless you're prepared to be disappointed. Lesson learned.n read more
