She would lock us out before the actual closing time, while our clothes were still in the dryer drying. We would have to call the number on the window and she would answer and say "I thought you guys were not going to show up"(the call was before 8pm/closing time). They close at 8pm but if you walk in at 7:04pm you were not allowed to wash since they were "closing" because no one was in there. We are Hispanics and she would treat us very very different from the other customers whom would walk in while we were in there (white customers). Very polite to everyone but us. Rita would never great us nor ever have conversations like she would with everyone else. Yes she has great washing machines and dryers but her personality and attitude towards us would make us feel so uneasy and unwelcoming. We eventually stopped being customers there and would drive the 30 min to bowling green to use other laundromats. If you are people of color please avoid this place.

Just Like Home was easy to find, the facility was clean (as was the restroom), there were more than sufficient operational washers and dryers, and the price was reasonable. There are also more than enough baskets and folding tables. While you are waiting, there are two round tables and other chairs. There was a television and free WiFi offered (but did not use). You can also drop your laundry off to be done for you. The owner was on-site and was very welcoming and friendly. She knew we weren't regulars and engaged us in conversation. We appreciated a clean, well lit facility; it made doing the laundry a pleasant experience!

It is relatively quiet... I have never seen an attendant working and people normally leave their clothes and come back to switch them over to a dryer. This place is oooooold and sadly the building shows it. The ceiling us patched over in places with temporary fixes from what I can only imagine is water damage. It's a she too because the ceiling is rather ornate. The walls are dirty and the paint is peeling. They have standard top loaders, commercial large capacity machines and large stack dryers. The prices are reasonable for being in a college town. The owners of this location also own two other laundromats in town, one in downtown which is in similar conditions and the other on the opposite side of the street of Jiffy Lube, also on S. Main.
