Not…read moreonly does my my building have a lot of requirements for contractors, the period in which I was trying to start my project, my service elevator was out of commission, undergoing its own renovations, creating difficulty for contractors to deliver equipment and supplies. After meeting with countless contractors, that refused to take on my job, due to these challenges, I was given Richard's contact, by my realtor. Richard was extremely professional, understanding of my frustrations, and willing to help me, no matter how many hurdles he had to jump over. His team, Rocky and Flori, were great. They had tons of ideas to help me stay within my budget. The team also made getting all of my construction materials and appliances a complete breeze. I picked out my appliances, tile, paint, etc. and Flori took care of ordering all of the materials, scheduling with the building, and delivering them, even handling appliances that were delivered damaged. Flori provided me with consistent updates on the project, as I was unable to be present in the unit each day, due to work. He was extremely responsive to questions, very personable, and fun to work with. Richard was also extremely invested, constantly checking in to see how things were progressing and if I was satisfied with the work that was being done. This a great team, who will really listen to what you want and will do whatever it takes to help you achieve it! As this is my first home, I am extremely grateful to Richard and his team for taking on my renovation and helping my vision become a reality!

I was a difficult customer no question, Flori and Slavic were always professional and found common ground and assured me that everything's gonna be OK let's add Covid to the mix and things were very stressful. Not only was the work done exceeding expectations they always did the right thing and more importantly they were always kind gentle warm and understanding which in today's pandemic is what we need everybody is stressful they always held ground and made sure everybody was happy!!! Best decision and recommendation ever. They responded quickly, assessed the situation and went to work mitigating the damage.
