Mark is more detailed oriented than I could ever think of being. He has planned 4 trips for me so far. They have ALL been well executed. He anticipated my questions before I asked them. As a senior handicapped woman, it can be more than challenging. Mark researched every option to be sure I would be comfortable and safe. For example, I was in South Africa and the tour guide was not what I expected. I contacted Mark, apprised him of the situation and how unhappy I was. The next day he had set me up with another more professional tour company. The next day!!! What more could one ask for.....

I've had two occasions where door 2 door picked me up AT the time of my appts...today was the 2nd time by the time we got through AM traffic I was to late to see my neurologist I only was able to fill out ny paperwork!! the driver and his wife knew I was furious I let them know it...they in turn told me they wouldn't be returning for me!! they left me there....that is unprofessional and showed extremely poor customer service skills from the driver/owner and his wife. How does anyone in business portray service to us seniors who depend on these transportation services like I was. It was a sad morning and to think they specifically provide senior transportation... this company I will never...ever have anything to do with....door 2 door nothing but thumbs down....worse customer and timely scheduled company...completely lacking customer service skills and empathy for ILL senior citizens...

What made my family's Disney getaway even better is the care package that she sent to my daughter and her friend. It was packed with Disney goodies and the girls were in on Cloud 9! And even better? When we got to the hotel, we received perks (only 10/day for parking, vs 30) that I know I would not have received had I booked this on my own. Now I can't speak to savings for everyone, but I know that I booked far enough in advance and I saved several hundred from what I was calculating when I started to research hotels and Disney passes. Endless emails and phone calls for the last 7 months to try and get it all sorted out and its still not correct. After getting my reservations and race registrations corrected it now appears like my fathers have disappeared. I never got any kind of invoice and receipt of any kind. I still get emails that say a payment is due even though I paid in full months ago. I live in Minnesota however I tried them for a 3 week vacation which included a two week cruise in the Mediterranean. All during the planning Jean was diligent in helping arrange the land and cruise accommodations as well as the land and cruise tours. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Her follow up and professionalism was outstanding! As it turned out our dream vacation was not to take place due to the Covid-19 Virus situation. Europe closed its borders and the cruise line eventually changed the itinerary and then cancelled the cruise. Throughout the whole itinerary change again Jean and her associate Terri again went the extra mile in rearranging the land accommodations and tours. Eventually my doctors advised me to not travel. Therefore a week before the cruise cancelled I was forced to cancel for medical conditions. It just was not meant to be. The Duggar Travel agency and Jean then took charge again to help me file the travel insurance claim. She was consistently following up to be sure the documentation was accurately submitted. I'm not sure if they even received any commission for cancelled travel plans and that didn't make any difference in their over the top service. Eventually the travel insurance company reviewed and paid the claim. I would recommend Duggar Travel to anyone who wants service excellence!
