Have gone here a few times even recommended to others but while getting a full body the massage therapist actually answered a phone call which was terribly unprofessional and went so hard I was sore for almost two weeks afterwards and I had told him to lighten pressure. This was a good foot massage. Not fantastic, but good. one of my top 3 biggest issues is the blanket/towel they put over me- it smelled strongly of onion/garlic. I couldn't understand the gentleman that gave me the massage, apparently I agreed to a pricier massage lotion. Not the end of the world, but wish I could've understood. I liked the quiet and dark space, very relaxing. When I went to leave the manager (I guess) pushed hard for me to sign up for a multi pack of massages. Great Asian spa in a small shopping center in Camillus. This is just like going to a NYC Chinatown spa, but cleaner and more serene. I called ahead and booked appointments, which I highly recommend. They appeared to have three staff working and all were busy. I booked two one hour foot massages. They begin by taking you to a curtained area where you sit while your feet soak. While soaking, you get a bit of a shoulder/back massage. Then you switch to a luxurious recliner chair while the foot massage begins. Such decadent relaxation! There are specials if you buy four , you get a reduced price and one foot massage free. Staff are nice and welcoming. There are also areas for whole body massage. read more

Every time I go, there are only 2 people working. A very nice lady who does good work, and an obnoxiously rude man, who hacks up phlegm and then swallows it throughout your 60 minute massage, which is only about 40 minutes after he slips out to take a break. At one point he actually pushed my legs over so he could sit down DURING the massage. At the end, he yelled at me because he felt my tip inadequate. OMG! i love it here, first off the setting??? quiet and cozy. i felt so relaxed , i recommend getting vaseline instead of lotion. request for the men, they just do it better and they get out the tension in your feet. the hot rocks at the end of your appointment? Bought a package where you pay for five foot massages and get the sixth free. Have come Several time and the massage is fine, but the gentleman has serious nasal issues and the snorting of phlegm the whole time is just gross. Got to my sixth, and supposedly free, massage and they would not redeem my punch card. Not only did they not stiff me on the final free massage, but he harassed me for a tip. Have recommended this establishment to others, but I won't be back and will be sure to share my poor experience. I'll head back to Lucky Foot Spa. read more

Quite honestly, the worst massage experience of my life. I would bet my life this male was not a licensed massage therapist. I asked him three times to lighten the pressure. The strokes were rough and choppy, not at all fluent and I felt pain several times during the massage and for two days after. What's ironic is for a place with "foot spa" in the name, my feet were not touched at all during my 60 minute massage which was only 48 minutes, including the two times the therapist left the room; once to answer the phone and the other to get stones for the hot stone portioz I have had many massages and never felt uncomfortable. I felt physically exposed and that proper draping was not utilized. As I was leaving, the therapist cashed me out. To be honest, I had no plans on tipping for the first time in my life because I was so upset and he asked me point blank where his tip was with his hand out. I will never return. read more

I just went in for an hour long full-body massage with Helen. She was incredible and very thorough! I like strong pressure, and she really helped me work out some of my sore muscles with great focus. She was the best massage therapist I've ever had. I typically feel like most skip over my problem areas, but she worked hard to help me, especially in my shoulders from weightlifting. This is a new spa, but it deserves business! It is very calm, quiet, and beautiful. The rooms are private and divided by walls with a curtain in front. They offer wonderful deals for their grand opening, and offer a variety of options. They also offer 5 massage packages, which I will be going back this evening to purchase. Very very good! Awesome place for a foot massage or a combo foot/back! Price is fair and great service

I went for the reflexology foot massage and it was amazing! So relaxing that I felt like I could fall asleep at one point. I was able to walk in and get it done right away and the staff was very nice. The prices may not be correct on their website. It was $45 for an hour but so worth it. I will definitely return and probably with other family members. Make sure you drink lots of water when you are done. read more
