with 1000 granite places, why would you choose to go here? just take a look at my photos. my "kitchen install date" was 8/7/2023. today is 9/5/2024. the sink was incorrectly installed which has caused it to droop. my seam has completely split. I called the company to see if they would come fix it. i was told it would be $275 just to COME TAKE A LOOK. when i was baffled by this, i was told oh it could be $200 instead. LMAO. take your money to any one of the 1000 other granite places that exist and don't get burned like me. PS this doesn't include the fact that this was the second time they had to install after I had to pay $1600 for a new slab after they completely butchered the seam on the first install i'm sure the owner will come on here spewing nonsense about a 1 year warranty. cool, i understand that.. but when you have extremely horrific craftsmanship that falls apart after 1 year and less than 3 weeks - with 1,000 other options, just go somewhere else!!! read more

Terrible company - first they installed our kitchen island incorrectly (was not squared) and eventually fixed it but showed a complete lack of expertise and professionalism. Second we found a huge scratch which they would not take any responsibility for - wouldn't even come out to look at it - and blamed our builder, the manufacturer, etc. Do not use this company you will regret it. What the owner doesn't mention is that we just moved in regardless of install date and the fact they wouldn't even look at the damage speaks volumes about them. read more

They kept us informed and called for reminders. We had about 60 square feet of granite plus a sink installed and they did a perfect job in less than two hours. Compared to the big box stores, we got a much better price, presumably better workmanship, plus we got to see the entire slab and not chose from a small sample. Timeless installed new quartz countertops for us. We found the entire process from selection to installation professional and handled by personable competent staff. We selected the materiel on a Monday and it was installed the following Monday. The existing granite was removed without any damage to cabinets or backsplash. Poor customer service!! Poor craftsmanship!! I had granite kitchen countertops installed by Timeless. They miss cut the stone tried to disguise it and then told me it was to late to fix it and offered me a "care package" of granite cleaning supplies. I was in the middle of multiple home renovation projects, health issues and did not notice the 1/2" miss-cut until my contractor came to do the backsplash. I understand people make mistakes but when the try to hide it and then not return phone calls for weeks it becomes more than a mistake. Very disappointed in this company. read more

I can't express how great these guys are. I called for an in home consultation was treated great, they set me appointment for that day fitting it in between other jobs. Chris the owner came personally measure listened to what I wanted, then they came in and installed a week later our kitchen looks awesome!! This place is hard to find, but you'll be happy you did. I had a small job that required a re-shaping of an existing granite island top. No other stone shop would do it. Timeless gave me an estimate to remove and cut it, and re-install. The women in the office were all so friendly, as were the installers. During the installation of new appliances, we discovered that the original fabrication of my granite countertop (range opening) was not only ragged, but off by a total of 1". Apparently, the range that was being replaced, unknown to me, had been pushed in and crushed on one side so that it could fit in the space!! As the new microwave had already been installed, the granite needed to be cut exactly 1/2" on either side. I contacted the original fabricators, advised them of the problem & inquired as to whether anything could be done. After several weeks, multiple calls and emails with return statements such as, "... this is a difficult job..." & they were "...working on getting someone to come out", (for a hefty price of course), my range was still sitting in my dining room! Noting my frustration, a friend suggested that I contact Timeless Stone. Uncertain that another fabricator would be willing to correct a problem that they did not cause, I contacted them. What an ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL SURPRISE!!! I not only received the MOST COURTEOUS customer service from the moment the receptionist answered the phone, but she was able to significantly reduce my anxiety by assuring me that my issue was not a problem and that they "... do this all the time." She worked with my schedule to set a date for the "repair" and kept in contact that morning with updates on the fabricator's schedule. A mere 1-1/2 hours later, the countertop was cut exactly 1/2" on either side, and the granite was polished to a smooth finish. I can not say enough about my experience with Timeless Stone. From my first contact with office staff, to the finished product by the most talented fabricators, I would like to say THANK YOU Chris. You truly have a Timeless Business!! read more

Worst company I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. They did damage to the cabinets and reinstalled the dishwasher crooked while installing granite cabinets. When addressing other issues with Chris, the owner, he verbally attacked us using offensive language. Most unprofessional. He refused to view the damage or receive pictures and then used bulling and scare tactics to get payment. His initial approach was to inform his workers to rip out the granite and leave, and if we stood in their way, then to call the police. I was informed by the installers, if they took the counter that I would not get mine back or my 50 percent deposit back. It was an absolute nightmare. We have since resolved our issues with Timeless Stone, by paying them to go away. But most issues were not resolved to our satisfaction read more

Not happy with their service. There was a young man that worked there and was helpful when we ordered granite for my kitchen and bar in basement. I recommended them to my mom and the young man was no longer there. Two girls helped her. Horrible service now. They did not advise or include the $250 haul away fee until the install date. She bought marble and three vessel sinks. The plumber came and there was no drain which is standard to come with the sink. The girls never told my mom that there were no drains. The plumber showed up and no drains!! Horrible service by those girls!! read more
