I hired Home Depot to do a kitchen remodel this company was the installer. They also did not install them per manufacturer recommendation that the screws be placed on the outside of the cabinets now I'm stuck with cabinets that are damaged. All I asked was to be made whole and have the cabinets installed correctly. I was told by Home Depot that the owner of this company refuses to fix the cabinets that are ruined now by their installation which started on August 1st and here we are at the end of September and I still have no kitchen sink or countertops.

Another worker that came was also unprofessional - complaining about how far my house was, complaining about doing certain jobs, cursing. The company was supposed to take the cardboard but left all of it and other trash in my garage. We had to dispose of it ourselves. They left the kitchen a complete mess - cabinets absolutely filthy and not cleaned off. The white cabinets looked used because they left them so filthy. Didn't bother to wipe anything down, or like Wyn said "take pride" in their work. Several things were mismeasured Resulting in having to order an entire set of new upper cabinets. The Company was asked to do a quality check on the cabinets before they arrived and they refused. We were quoted five days for installation to occur but it took two months for the kitchen to be finished due to them not quality checking the cabinets resulting in damaged cabinets and having to wait for new cabinets to come in.

When I insisted, I was told to "F-off"... literally. I am now suing them. The countertops are uneven. Instead of cutting corners at 45 degrees or even square, they did this odd cut in my kitchen (see photos). The kitchen sink was not installed with clips as directed. Instead Victor created a narrow "lip" to set the sink on. When filled with water, it came loose and crashed. There are huge gaps between The island countertop is higher on the right side than the left. See photos. The difference in size between left door and right door in photo. This is because plywood was not laid correctly. The stone for the bathroom sinks was not cut to size. It hangs over on 1 side. The sinks leak. He cut holes for soap dispensers which do not line up. It goes on... RUN! I am now suing them. CSLB is investigating them as they are not licensed. UPDATE: Victor claims no foul language was used... See photo of the screenshot of the text messages from the owner (his sister), ""f-your sink" "And "f you too" when I asked them to make an appointment to check out the problems. It's not a plumbing leak. The sink has fallen away from the countertop because it was not installed correctly and it leaks into the cabinet when water get's in between the sink and the countertop. Had Victor bothered to call to find out what was going on, he would have known this. But he said once the job was done, they had no further liability. He is wrong. I found this company on yelp and was also recommended by some on next door app. The company had excellent ratings and did work for some well known designers. Not going to lie, I was expecting a very steep price. I sent my info on yelp and they responded promptly. They had an option for virtual estimating so I send them some photos, dimensions, and some details. Bereth called me back to ask some follow up questions and then had an estimate ready for me that same day. I was pleasantly surprised with the price but because they never came out to inspect, I was expecting the price to change as we got into it. I contracted them for the job and they scheduled me in. They text me with a confirmation date a week or so out and then text me on that day when they were in their way at the scheduled time they promised. The demo went smooth and their team were professional and left my kitchen clean even though it was demo'd . They scheduled me a week out for the install on the following Friday. We received a calll Thursday with some not so great news but I can confirm, it not their doing and things like that happen. But what I appreciated more was them identifying that there was a slight mismatch in the stone and instead of forcing the install, they called me and told me what they were going to do to make it right. What I thought was going to be a major delay, really was only delayed until Monday. It came out better than we anticipated. They were honest, affordable, professional, clean, and punctual. I would definitely use them again and/or refer them to friends or family.

Address and phone number - evidently so they and their network can plague me with solicitations. 3. A layout or drawing of the project. It's a TABLETOP and I provided a photo. 4. If project is on ground floor or are there stairs - it's clear in the photo I provided. 5. Do I have the stone and what type- this was evident in the original request for a quote. I would at least expect them to say "in a recommended thickness of 'x', it's x-dollars for marble, y-dollars for quartz, etc Overwhelmingly pathetic first interaction.
