I recently had my entire first floor flooring redone and we used Boulevard Flooring Emporium. I highly recommend them for your next flooring project. From the minute I entered the showroom, I was greeted warmly by Ella. I spoke to her about my project needs and what I was looking to do, she was very helpful and informative in a non pushy way. She gladly laid the samples on the floor for me so I could see the different coloring. The showroom has many different samples in many budget ranges. After seeing samples that I was interested in, I scheduled an in home consult and measure. Mike the owner came by to do the measure and answered all my questions. The next day I had a written itemized estimate which was nice to see what the cost was for each part. I decided to place an order and continue with them as well for the install. I felt this was important to have the same company install, as if any issues come up I know they will guarantee their work. I was definitely nervous about choosing the perfect flooring that would match great with the house. Make sure you take the samples home as they look different in different lights. I chose the Provenza Maxcore Concorde Ram luxury vinyl long planks in Concorde Oak for the color. These are waterproof and I found I preferred the longer planks opposed the to the average size. Once I googled whole rooms with the product it was easier to see what the pattern would like then just looking at the sample. I definitely recommend doing that. Once the materials were ordered they arrived on time and the install began. Our installer was a very hard worker, he made sure which direction we wanted the planks laid. He Demoed the entire first floor in one day, I had carpet, laminate and tile! The project took 3 1/2 days total and each day he would clean up. There was hardly and dust and zero debris left. During the install Ella called to make sure the project was to my liking and I thought that was really nice to have that communication. Overall, I had a very positive experience from walking in the showroom to the final day of installation. I'm loving the product and very happy with the selection we chose. My husband and I would highly recommend Boulevard Flooring Emporium for kitchen and bathroom counters. Our plan was to replace the ugly white tile kitchen and bathroom counters that came with the house. We also wanted backsplash in the kitchen. In the beginning, we did not know much about the different materials, we just know what we wanted the end product to look like. After going to several other local businesses, picking out a material we liked, and receiving some estimates, we stopped by Boulevard Flooring. When we went into Boulevard for an estimate for the same counter top, Georgia told us that it was marble and that we should not put marble in our kitchen. We asked if she was sure because the other store had it marked as quartz. She looked it up in a catalog to verify and it was MARBLE! First of all, Thank you Georgia for being honest with us and not letting us make a costly mistake like that. Secondly, thank you for recommending an actual quartz counter top with a look as close as possible to marble. We actually ended up using her recommendation for our counters. Now, we already had work done in our house by another reputable company who gave us a great estimate but then I received a card in the mail from Georgia. I told my husband that I was still upset about the whole marble/quartz situation (and impressed with the honesty of Georgia) and we should give Boulevard a chance. We told Mike that he came highly recommended and we wanted to do business with them so we agreed on a fair price. The hubby and I must have gone in at least 5 times and each time both Mike and Georgia were patient, straight forward, and provided outstanding customer service. I also appreciated Mike warning me that the backsplash I picked out wasn't common in the kitchen and it might be harder to upkeep but they could install it. Antonio, the worker who actually installed it, also told me the same thing before he put it in. Mike worked with our busy schedule and planned to have his guys come out on my husband's day off. The fabricators and installers did a great job as well. There were a few minor issues during installation but all were resolved to our satisfaction. In September 2020 I visited Blvd Flooring and spoke with Mike and his staff about replacing my 25 year old carpet with porcelain tile. They were accommodating and came to my house with samples and provided us with an estimate. We wanted our base boards replaced with tile because our wooden base boards were falling apart. Their workmanship and scheduling of work to be done was incredible. All the staff and especially Jaun and Pablo, the tilers were outstanding. They cleaned up every day after working and the tile is beautiful. Much cleaner than the old carpet we had. It makes a huge difference throughout our home. There was no pressure salesmanship on their part as I knew what I wanted. The movers Cliff King Sr and Cliff King Jr. were the best and moved all our furniture into the garage and covered the furniture under our breezeway so the wind and dirt would not ruin our oak and teak furniture.
