When I went to cash out she tried to charge me for the drink and a refill. I also spent $120 on lottery scratch offs at this location. I won $100 on a ticket and asked for them to pay me $80.00 and put $20.00 towards some gas. The lady (different lady than the refill one) said it is company policy to only pay out a maximum of $50.00 on scratch offs even though they had just collected more than that from the ticket purchase. I have reported them to the NC Lottery Commission. I will never buy a thing from this place.

Although, I have never to my knowledge had any car trouble related to this fuel, I am partial to BP fuel and I feel my vehicle runs more efficiently when I use that brand fuel. Additionally, this fuel is generally more expensive than other fuel stations in the area. This is simply two set of pumps,4 separate pumps total and a drive up window to purchase tobacco products. You generally pay at the pump with credit or debit and the pay window is only for prepaying with cash or tobacco purchases. Never had a bad experience here, it's just very crowded and not my first choice for fuel.

I get the same two prescriptions every month electronically sent by my doctor and the app will confirm they received the prescriptions but when I ask they tell me they don't have it because they won't look for it if it came in two weeks before. I insist and magically they "find" it...then it's out of stock! Or it won't be ready for an hour. When you call ahead you have to go through an extended phone tree then when connected, you have to go through the call center and be transferred to the actual store THEN wait on hold sometimes for 30 minutes or more, just to be told they don't have your prescription that their app just notified you by text message that it is READY! It is literally this complicated every single time. I try to be patient and give them another opportunity to address the issues because changing pharmacies is complicated. I have been with them for a year and it never improves.
