I highly recommend this car wash, gas station and market. Today was my first visit and I was blown away with the helpfulness of the staff and the facility. I pumped my gas, then headed over to get a car wash. The young guy explained the various full service options and helped me to select the best one. He even explained the point system to receive free washes with their loyalty program. In the past I've had anxiety about going through the car wash because my wiper blades almost got ripped off. The owner Steve walked up and said on the Lexus you just hold up the gear and it keeps the mist wiper sensor off. He was very confident and convincing. Now I was comfortable proceeding through. I could tell this was some high-tech cleaning machines like no other I had been to. Once the wash was over I proceeded to the full service drying station. The guys vacuumed and cleaned my car like a professional detailing company! I was beyond pleased. I've never received this service at any other car wash! They even asked me to look it over and if anything needed more attention. Wow! All that for only $26! I waited in their comfortable waiting area. Which had tvs and lounge chairs. Not your typical waiting area. I decided to go inside the market and check it out. This was not your average gas station. When I tell you this was the cleanest store I've ever seen. They sold everything from clothing to wine! I took advantage and did a little shopping while there and purchased some soft served ice yogurt with toppings. Y'all it was too good and inexpensive. Thrilled with my decision to come to Brawley Market for a car wash. New to the area and wanted a heavy outside, light inside for reasonable price. Took about 45 minutes and would've given a solid A- for value. Considering all the other local car washes are rated so poorly, this place has my business! I've had an annual pass here for the past three years and it's totally worth it. These guys work real hard to do a good job and if it's not perfect all you have to do is say something and they make it right. And this is an owner operated car wash, gas station, Mini Mart. I just spent $43 dollars to get my car cleaned.... There is still dirt all over the outside of the car, the wheels, and inside the car. The car sat in the sun for 15 minutes while 4 guys cleaned the only other car there. So it water spotted. Who let's this happen? I will never waste my time or money there again. read more

Wow. Even in L.A. I am hard-pressed to find a car wash like this. Free vacuums...and not just two or three dinky little vacuums, we're talking enough vacuums to clean all the car seats the Octomom owns at once! And the suction....wow...like two teens suckin' face. The nozzles also get into the nooks and crannies to find every last goldfish cracker. The car washes are drive thru and brushless, cheap and fast or $25 aand more detailed. I went for the big enchilada and it was awesome. Three guys working on my car, cleaning it to my OCD standards, not just some quick once over w/a dirty rag like other places (cough, throat clear Auto Bell, throat clear). If you get a full serve car wash you also get a free large drink....any drink...even a brain freeze slushie (the last legal buzz). The waiting area is all bar tables, big, comfy leather recliners and TVs. LOTS of leather recliners. This is man heaven. There is beer in the cooler, a boat and bait store adjacent, sandwiches and junk food. They also have a frozen yogurt bar. The yogurt is 'meh' but on a hot day, yogurt and kids and mommy are a good combo and great way to pass time. This is a top notch car wash ... it's like a car wash/grocery/spa/bar. Mommy happy. I live right down the road and I have no idea how I have drove past this gem for years and only ever stopped for gas. I purchased an unlimited full service yearly membership to the car wash and I couldn't be happier. Such a great deal co sidering you don't have to be the one to detail your car after the wash. Steve and his team are extremely friendly and truly want you to leave happy. While you are waiting for your car to be Vacuumed and "detailed" they have such a lovely outdoor seating area. I also cannot forget to mention there is food made to order and a frozen yogurt bar inside. You've got to be kidding me, I can sit back, relax, and eat froyo while someone else cleans my car? I've been taking my car here for detail car wash and have always been satisfied except for today. When the young man brought my car up to me and opened the door I immediately noticed that a fresh small tear on the leather trim I was upset as my car is flawlessly kept and prior to taking it to the car wash everything is removed and give it a once over as I am the only one who drives the car. I pointed out to him but he immediately replied that all they use to clean the interior are they cleaning rags which is partly true and apologized?They do vacuum and crawl all over the interior while cleaning. I had really high hopes for this after the great reviews. I picked my service and paid, drove through, parked and walked inside. Easy enough. I had to wait a little while for my detail to be done and that was fine with me because I thought it meant I would be really happy. The guy came and got me, apologized for being longer and asked me how things seemed. I could not really look fully being they had moved stuff around and it was getting dark. Upon leaving and parking at a restaurant I noticed one of my magnets was gone off the back. I called and was told that I should have taken them off. Hmmm maybe being they work there they should have told me. I was told they would look for it, but it would not likely be found until they cleaned the trench when it rained. Ok. Not happy. Then I noticed that I had a broken air vent. Yes I drive an older vehicle and things break, but I had never had trouble with that vent and now it will not stay in place when tilted. Really not happy. The guys did not do a very good job once I was able to check things more detailed. I had some items in the front floorboard and instead of moving them to a seat they were set on the ground and I had dirt and dirty water on the items and subsequently where the items were left. The door jams were not cleaned despite it being listed as one of the things that would be done for my vehicle. Also my seats were not fully vacuumed. It seemed like a rush job considering how I got a basic full service plus two bonus items. It has been two weeks since the wash. I called asking about the magnet and the same guy made a comment how it is not like he is going to keep the magnet and that he will call me. He also said that even though it rained my magnet has not been found. When I said I was not happy especially after noticing I had a broken air vent the guy said nothing. Zip. Perhaps he knows there was an issue and as a woman he figured I would not notice. Wrong. There was no sorry from him. Although my outside and inside were decently cleaned this is not a place I am likely to return to. I will update if they return my magnet. Updated 3/18/2016. If you are worried about your car, don't go to this car wash!! I'm very serious. The automatic dryers in this car wash are powerful that they blew the side molding right off my car. I guess this happens from time to time, and when I spoke to the owner, he said it happens all the time and that's why they have a sign that says they're not responsible. And when you talk to Rich and Steve, the owners, they accept NO responsibility nor will they give you your money back for this inconvenience. So, if you care about your care, DO NOT go to this car wash. The wash wasn't even good or worth it. I won't be back and neither should you. read more

What a deal. The reviews on line are not justified. Just dropped off a dusty, dirty car. There was a line of cars, so left my car and came back an hour later. The guys did a great job. They checked with me to see if I was satisfied. The owner also checked with me. In fact, he talked me out of The full blown detail and said he was sure a full service wash would be sufficient. The is the best deal for an affordable detail. My car was returned with much better results than I expected. Will definitely be back with all my cars. Be very afraid After making a review I was approached by the owners son who hunted me down to inform me that I'm the reason why this country is in the mess it is in. That if I was back in the Wild West our differences would have been settled in a much different way insinuating that he would beat my ass. He was very aggressive towards me and dared me to hit him. It cut into an all out verbal abuse in the isles if Lowes Hardware. I was followed all the way to the front door to get a manager to get the very aggressive out of control child like adult to stop the cussing and name calling. After this ordeal lowes employees apologized numerous times. An employee over heard the ordeal and advised me to contact the police and file a report. I thought a while called the Brawley market to speak with the owner. Well it was just like speaking to his son. The father also stated that he would give me a free swing at him if I would come over. So solution except for contacting the police. I did so. The local police looked at the reviews and saw the negative comments about this business. The police office said if theses people act like this to me. He is very sure they act like this to everyone. The police are involved. This is all over him stating I should have told him how to have quality control over a dirty car. read more

I love this car wash... today I was able to watch my old car be transformed into a new vehicle. This was not the most costly of the washes, but the care and service at Brawley are amazing. I contemplated not reviewing the Brawley Market so I can keep a secret for myself. HOWEVER, in my generous mood I currently reside in, I decided against such a bad idea. The Brawley Market isn't just a market. It is a massive car wash too! Now, all you Yelpers know that I am a major car junkie. I like my vehicle clean and shiny. The car wash is CHEAP!! For $25, yes, just $25 dollaritas you get the fanciest of the fanciest car wash, detail and wax. Now, for all you car wash virgins, I am NOT talking about the light up sign in the car wash that says "Applying Wax" , I am talking about an ENTIRE separate waxing chamber. It takes 13 minutes for the waxer to do it's magic. Worth.every.dollar. So, even Dan has jumped on the Brawley Market car wash bandwagon (and he is a hard one to please). Don't have $25 for the fluff buffer?? $5 will get you through the tunnel--and the vacuums are always free. Oh, I almost forgot the BEST part!! With your receipt, you get a free drink inside that fabulous market....any size, any drink. I always get a slushie and the brainfreeze is free. THESE GUYS ROCKKKKK! We have had a monthly program for about 6 years or so. Over those years we made some friends with mutual respect... I thought :/ The owner told us if we ever have our vehicle in service and not able to use the monthly plan "go ahead and bring your replacement vehicle through, you pay for it". So we did and they were apparently appalled when we did. So I canceled my program with them with that kind of treatment. When I called to verify the cancelation their rep additionally felt the need to "mansplain" the one vehicle per account concept. I asked to speak with The owner to make sure things were understood. The rep wouldn't let me nor give the message. But she did continue to berate me... swearing at me, and calling me a cheater just because I called them out. Not sure about the cheating part when a monthly is unlimited visits:) And our other vehicle uses their stamp program when you buy their higher than average fuel. My offer still stands to talk with Dave, more so because he was most likely misled and that he never did ask "why the vehicle switch" . So I used my earned stamps for that last wash, and that was my treatment. Yuk! And for what it is worth our 2 vehicles are a Hummer and a Tesla. Not sure why someone would cheat regardless. Some crazy stuff, I hope for them it was just a bad day. I wish them well. Be careful if you choose to go there. Oh and stroke their ego, it will go a long way. That is my perception from that day. These guys I would not recommend anyone to go to. I go up there is nobody around so I end up vacuuming. A little bit goes and two ladies show up and they magically appear. Gave me a discount so I thought it was good but ended up having an ashtray on my driver side floor and the middle and dashboard untouched. Presented them with the problem and were very rude. Mentioned about a no tip when it wasn't tip worthy at all. Just went home and never going back again. Also all my change was gone but of course "can't prove it". Petty sad people. For any pet owner my dog was mean to the point I have never seen to them and it confused me. I actually yelled at her but realized after she sensed their judge of character. Stay away read more

This is the best car wash I've found in North Carolina - particularly if you do the full service. It's just short of detailing your car. Incredible. While you wait, they've added a great coffee bar and this summer, a frozen yogurt bar with lots of fresh fixings. They have comfortable leather recliners in the waiting area as well as high-top tables. Even free wifi. Couldn't be better! read more

The actual pricing and amenities of brawley wash is very reasonable. But the attendants used a pressure washer on my mercedes and tore all the paint off my bumper. I am missing strips of paint off my bumper! I never got a receipt and didnt get offered a loyalty card. Sure the car got cleaned but at what cost? Very upsetting. read more

This place has it all. 2 car washes, high power vacuums. Inside they have Fro Yo with tons of toppings, Basic convenience items. And my favorite- slushees. Very clean inside, and a sitting area with couches and tall tables. Also the staff is very friendly. read more

I have been going to this place for a while just to fill up on gas or buy snacks and what not yet recently the staff have become odd/slightly rude until today where one of them said "You should stop eating all this crap" (considering I go maybe once a week) and hinting at my weight in comparison to others around me. Went here and had my car damaged. Manager was so rude and basically didn't care. He just kept pointing to the sign that says they're not responsible, and then just walked away. No sympathy or care about my car. When I tried to converse, he just walked away and asked me to leave. This place is not worth the trouble. In addition, it's dirty inside. Have had my new truck washed there 3 times now with hand wax. Automated wash is decent but management is terrible. I came back the 3rd time after being told they would redo the wash and wax for free because I was not happy with the job that was done on the wax and inside cleaning 3 weeks prior and to just stop by and they would make good on it. Called today and was told "I didn't tell you I would give you a free wash and wax" but was told "I said I would give you something for free" and I ended up paying them 12 dollars to wax the truck. The inside of my truck center console was drenched under the mats with cleaning solution that I had to wipe out, the door jams were barely wiped down and wax was left on my truck. I also requested they wipe down the tail gate jam and was told they would do that but it was left untouched. When I called about it and complained I was told that is not part of the service. Today I had the truck rewashed by them and told the young man that was going to finish it that the jams really need to be wiped down good only to watch the manager "Dave" tell him it was only a wash and wax and not to wipe them down. Don't waste your money paying them to wash and wax your vehicle, they do a poor rush job on it and are reluctant to make good on it. They will ask you if you think it's good when its under the shaded canopy and you can barely see anything and then tell you "Well you told me it was good".
