The young lady at the register wasn't the most pleasant and created chaos with my existing 8+ year membership. I loved this location bc of the convence of being able to drive by on my way to the grocery store for a quick car wash for the monthly rate. I recently moved to downtown and no longer drive by this location as frequently. Two days ago I was told that there was a mistake in my account and I needed to change. I told her specifically I don't want to change anything and just need a new sticker but she did make changes bc the next day I went to the iShine that I frequent often now and they told me I no longer had a valid account! -_- Thankfully the Pearland location recognized me since I've gone for years and they allowed me to drive by. I called the Missouri City location and was the same lady reminded that there was a mistake and she fixed it that day and now I can only go to that Missouri city location. THIS IS NOT A FIX! I asked to speak to the manager and thankfully Chris was helpful and after explaining to him that I have over 8 years paying my monthly due and I've never had any issues when switching cars. This would be my third car switch since I got my membership. Now, I'm not sure if when I signed up years ago I received that deal but why would you change it after I clearly stated "I don't want anything to change, I want to pay the same for the same services and just need my new sticker". Props to Chris for switching my account back to what I originally had. In my opinion any front desk employees represent your business from the start. I was ready to cancel and switch to Pearland's location as I am always greeted with a warm smile. However, me and my family have been a customers for years at ishine Missouri city and I wasn't going to let one person ruin my experience. Overall this car wash option is very convenient to me. I respect and appreciate all the hard workers that are outside in this strong Texas heat. Don't forget to tip your wash team :)

I spent $26 on a Titanium Wash for absolutely nothing. Thankful I didn't sign up for the monthly service. Absolutely absurd. I was duped.

That immediately made me feel like they were going to rush the job, especially since the lady on the phone had told me to plan for an hour to an hour and a half due to the size of my truck (F250). The staff the whole time seemed rushed and almost bothered that I was even there, despite the fact they didn't close until 5 p.m. and my appointment was at 3:45 p.m. When they finished, they didn't do a walkthrough with me (even though I saw them do one with another customer just before me). Instead, they simply handed me my keys and walked back inside to charge me. The issues were obvious the moment I got into my truck. Dust was still all around my screen, streaks and marks everywhere. Mind you, I paid $88 for this wash. Within two minutes of driving, I stopped for diesel and noticed even more--my rims were only washed on the exterior, not the interior, so as soon as I drove, grime and dirt bled from the inside out. The side steps still had dirt on them, the back bumper where employees had stepped up was dirty, and the side doors still had buildup. This place came highly recommended by my brother-in-law, but I honestly don't see the quality. For what I paid ($78 plus a $10 tip), this was maybe a $30 job at best. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this place at all.

The two guys working the back of the car wash looked completely checked out. One was more interested in his phone than the customers, and both of them half-assed the pre-spray like they couldn't be bothered to do the job correctly. Their attitude screams, "I don't want to be here," and it shows in the quality of the wash. If you're going to charge customers every month, then hold your employees to a higher standard. Attention to detail and basic professionalism shouldn't be optional. The frustrating part is that the rest of the staff actually works hard. They're friendly, they hustle, and they do their best to keep customers happy. Unfortunately, a couple of employees are dragging down the reputation of everyone else. Management needs to address this. Either expect people to put their phones away, take pride in their work, and treat paying customers with some respect--or find employees who will. The older gentleman at the kiosk helped me get set up, and he was so sweet and helpful. I didn't catch his name, but he was awesome. While I was vacuuming my car, Richard came over and offered to help remove my old stickers from their car wash and some previous ones, too. He handled it quickly and efficiently, which I really appreciated. All around, I received great customer service today, and that makes a big difference. Happy to be back!

I will therefore fill a complaint with the BBB. If that was the case, they shouldn't of said they were going to fix it in the first place. They even taped it up. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! The manager doesn't have a clue on how to proceed with this if it happens, just goes by protocol, calls district manager, owner, etc. Gave me the big run around that their mechanic was going to replace it, then throws a big excuse as to why they wouldn't do it 2 weeks later.
