The front desk staff was nice and the MAs friendly. They apologized and thanked me when I mentioned that I found a 6 day old urine sample in the restroom. Dr. Glaser was not friendly towards me. My visit was to be a new patient physical. He did not engage or try to get to know me at all. My face to face time with him was less than 10 minutes, and the only thing memorable that he said was that my insurance might not pay for my updated tetanus shot (they did). I went downstairs to do lab work and was there for about 30 minutes when they finally realized that Dr. Glaser did not order lab work because I had done lab work 7 months prior. Fairly certain that lab work is part of a physical...but whatever. I had already made up my mind that this man would not be my new PCP. A PCP should be warm and engaging, and someone who will listen to their patients when they are concerned about something - Dr. Glaser checked none of these boxes. Fast forward a few weeks later to the billing nightmare that followed, my insurance covers an annual physical (including the lab work he wouldn't order) 100%...but the first bill was coded as a new patient appointment, but they left the physical off. So I had to call the office about this...they made my patient responsibility $0 in their system, but then rebilled my insurance company with duplicate charges and overbilled by almost triple. I decided to call BCBS directly since I had yet to find a competent individual to help me at the practice. The insurance rep told me that one of the codes used on the new bill was for a psychiatric evaluation...OMG! I explained the whole situation again, and BCBS filed a grievance and the billing did eventually get situated. I have talked to others who have noticed similar billing issues on their statements from this practice...so definitely watch your EOBs here. Unreported overbilling is sadly something that happens too often in the medical world. I have given up on ever seeing my 7+ years of medical records from my prior PCP. I am fairly certain they went into an abyss of some sort in this Bridlewood office of confusion.

But if you use the Healow app, the docs are pretty quick to respond plus your care needs are documented. I started using Bridlewood, Dr. Glaser and his staff because the last office I was at didn't listen to me. I'm diabetic and trying to find the right medication has been much trial and error but my last office brushed off my errors. So when I first started with Bridlewood, Michelle Hampton heard me and started me on my way to finding what worked. I was sad to lose Victoria Thomas but it was an easy transition back to Michelle and they really do care. I have trouble with getting medication but that's due to my insurance not the office. Michelle and her team have been in constant communication with me and are eager to help where they can. I've had nothing but a pleasant and stress free experience working with the Bridlewood staff. My one complaint would be that I never got an Amazon gift card!

A few months ago I was desperately shopping around for a decent doctor because I had a tiny lump on…read moremy neck. Two other doctors told me not to worry about it but I persisted. When I read Dr. Haque's reviews , I was impressed but a little concerned about the feedback regarding his staff. I decided to find out for myself and I didn't find a decent doctor ... I found an AMAZING doctor who saved my life AND his office staff are awesome. That little lump was something to worry about because it was cancer. Dr. Haque listened to me , believed me and followed up on my concern . That wasn't the best part.... Once he knew it was cancer, he took complete charge of the situation , presented my options and told me what his preference was. THAT is what I want to hear from my doctor. He was assertive and in control of the situation . I loved that because I went to an expert and I didn't have an opinion ( otherwise I'd be an endocrinologist ) and he had my opinion for me. Through the whole process of surgery and RAI, this doctor called me regularly to check on my progress even though another surgeon he recommended, did my surgery. The surgeon, Dr. Garner also told me that Dr. Haque remains engaged with his patients so if he told me to do something different to what she told me ---- to go ahead and do what he says ... lol. He remained involved and engaged and at all times I knew, I was in good hands . I don't know what I don't know but he took charge and for that , my family and I are truly grateful. If you are looking for a touchy feely guy who will wipe away your tears - this is not your kind of doctor . His caring and comfort comes from providing outstanding medical care - making sure he does the best he can to make you well again. I suggest a therapist for the hand holding stuff. This medical professional scores high points with me and I would have NO hesitation recommending him to anyone. He has a great PA and his nurse Jessica is the absolute best. She is a little quirky and has a highly developed sense of humor. If you are the kind of person that doesn't enjoy that , just ask her to tone it down. I love it so I encourage it. This office has always returned my calls and been responsive to my questions . They have been kind and supportive through my recent challenges and I'm not the easiest patient . I'm rebellious and I have attitude and Dr. Haque and his team have gently worked to make me whole again. Lastly, this is not a doctor who will ask for your opinion - why should he ? He gets paid to have my opinion for me when it comes to my health. I have no problem recommending you entrust your health to him. As for all the blah about his office staff - not true - they are great. Hope you visit Dr. Haque and hope he helps make you healthy. The only problem I have with him is that he expects me to keep a record of my blood sugar. Hmmmm he hadn't quite figured out I only take it when I'm being good . Don't tell him Lastly, today my results came in and I am NED ( no evidence of disease) - thanks to my amazing doctor. Hope he becomes your amazing doctor too.

They take care of you from the moment you arrive at check-in until you leave. They are pretty timely with on-time appointments. My most recent visit was great. Susan at the front desk was very friendly and professional. Shante took my vitals and checked my blood sugar and updated my medication list. I've been in a research program with an insulin pump device and have been trained by Sadia and kept on regularly scheduled check-ins and phone calls. She's so friendly and patient. Dr. Haque and Aimee listen to me and offers recommendations to help me succeed as a person loving with diabetes. As I was leaving, Rachel and Edith helped me to schedule my next appointment and print out my lab orders for my next visit. I love this office and this team of professionals! I had a recent hospitalization at Texas Presby in Flower Mound. I was told by the hospital to…read morefollow up with my PCP but he moved recently and is too far for me to continue seeing him so they recommended I try and follow up with any Texas Health provider since it was all the same system and they could easily access my files. I found Dr Olivier through my insurance. I went to her website and marked that I had not been seen in that practice in the past 3 years then I selected the option for a new patient hospitalization follow up and proceeded to make myself an appointment. I received a text confirming my appointment. On the day of my appointment, I found (and paid) a babysitter to watch my son to make the appointment smoother. When I showed up, the lady at the front told me I had no appointment. I kept insisting I did (she didn't even seem interested in trying to verify anything and I had to reiterate about 3 times that I had one), so she finally asked my phone number to look it up. After giving my phone number, she told me they cancelled my appointment because they are not accepting new patients. I told her I selected new patient hospitalization follow up and she told me it didn't matter because they were not accepting new patients. I then asked why they didn't bother to let me know they cancelled my appointment, and she told me they sent me a text message. I asked what day they text and she said July 18. I checked ALL my texts and the only one I got from them that day was the one CONFIRMING my appointment. I tried to show her the text and she wouldn't even look at my phone. I asked why they text instead of calling to let them know and in a very condescending and rude tone, she said "that's just how we do things". I understand if you're not taking new patients. But if you're not, then why was I able to make a "new patient hospitalization follow up" appointment? And if it's a mistake, why are you just going to text someone saying an appointment was cancelled because they can't accept you? And then when they never got the text, why be condescending and rude instead of apologizing and trying to be helpful?! She was just so dismissive and made me feel like it was just my problem and I was the one who messed up. And for reference, I attached the text message I received. Dr Olivier might be a good doctor, I don't know. But her staff could definitely learn some kindness and etiquette. I walked a couple suites down to suite 125, which is another Texas Health PCP and the ladies there were so much more helpful and kind.
