I gave them a follow up call and got a reasonable quote, and setup an appointment for 9/29. Two people came out and quickly worked to get the fan up though they did need a taller ladder. So, they had to go to get one, but these ceilings are hard to gauge in feet. Upon returning they had the fan up quickly and left. It works great.
