He ruined my nose 3 years ago. It started to collapse after swelling went down. Nurse Brennan would gaslight me that it's the swelling. He also had me in surgery for almost 5 hours! To straighten out my septum and remove a bump. I had to go elsewhere a year later for a revision. $10k down the drain. Find someone else who has loads of images on their socials and is competent, organized, and cares. So many red flags with him and his office. I wish someone had warned me. read more

Dr Greco left me w many cosmetic hurdles to overcome. This is wordy but I feel obligated to share -Punctured Neck: Came out of surgery w an adhesive bandage on my neck. the head nurse Brenna explained i was accidentally punctured thru the skin w a cannula during surgery but it wasn't a big deal & it happens all the time. I have a permanent, textured quarter-sized scar that makeup won't cover which makes 1 side of my neck look elderly. & this type of injury ISN'T common- I've since done tons of research & asked many professionals who've confirmed. & it's odd dr Greco chose to slap a bandage on my neck instead of using sutures when he literally did this to me in the operating room -Face Dropped: During a post op visit dr Greco decided to break up swelling he saw on my right cheek by plunging a long needle into my face moving it all around w/o numbing the pain was crazy. Then later at home I felt a snap in that cheek & immediately contacted Brenna asking if it could've been sutures breaking. She laughed & said it was impossible. But the weeks following it became clear my cheek was dropping. when I lay on my back my it just plops down to the side, when upright it hangs downward. Dr Greco agreed it fell but didn't know why. i ask if it may be neurological or a suture issue, can we stop the progression of it, is there a specialist or he recommends to check it out. He stayed unphased & said 'I don't know' again. I was so confused that he didn't care. I really thought he'd want to figure out the prob & make sure I was ok to avoid the possibility of further complications but it was the opposite. He even had the office cancel an upcoming aesthetics appt to avoid any questions about it & had them tell me he wouldnt discuss my face again until 1 year post op. I was in tears. -Finding Help: while back at my full time office job im blindly doing provider searches & research. After many appts, imaging & tests the confirmation I got was im neurologically sound & healthy. I'm told Dr Greco's surgery failed- maybe by surgical error or poor suturing but only he can answer that for sure. I'm overwhelmed it's too much I quit my job. -Medical Record Requests: ahead of my 1 year appt i request my records from the office. It's been over a year since I 1st asked & still don't have them all. what I do have are out of order, undated, incomplete & missing info. Their reasons for not getting everything to me are on a prehistoric level of outdated scanners, lack of digital photo storage knowledge, mis-matched paper filing systems & general disorganization. Their scanner only handles a page at a time but double sided upside down, files are too large to email together, 'I thought Danielle sent them', 'I thought Brenna sent them', some records are on a computer, some are in Brenna's paper files, some are in Dr Greco's files, we can't access photos, etc... -Surgical Error Found: looked at the pre-op & surgical records I did receive...the pre-op ones reflect the agreement Dr Greco & I had to not remove fat in surgery. That was my non-negotiable going into the procedure. GUESS WHAT THE FIRST SURGICAL ACT IN THE SURGERY RECORDS WAS?: " removed unwanted fat" from patient's face. Which explains why my face as a whole is now PEAR SHAPED & the fullness I had in the upper cheek area is gone. I noticed this from post op & questioned it but w the cheek falling it fell to the back burner -1 Year Appt: Again he said 'I don't know why this happened'. He also said it didn't matter why, let's just fix it w a 1-sided face lift 'if you trust me'. He also reminded me my skin wasn't 'virgin' so would be difficult. Then I asked him about removing fat when we agreed not to. He couldn't remember if he did or didn't but confidently said he did whatever we agreed to. I asked him to pls look at the preop appt & surgical records. he read them out loud stopping when he realized his error. He got angry, stood up & kicked me & Brenna out of his office. He yelled to the other office staff to get up & prepare for the next patient even tho it was after office hours & i was the last patient of the day (which the staff did on purpose so I wouldn't be rushed). I was v nice & calm I didn't deserve this response 7. TLDR: I invested 50k in Dr greco's expertise & got this pear-shaped, half fallen face...& zero support in return. Im actually deformed. I'm embarrassed & so hurt by him. Pre op he gave me the confidence he knew exactly what my end goal was & how he'd proceed. Going into the surgery I prepared myself for the possibility of not being happy w results like everyone should. But wasn't prepared for his amateur mistakes or absence of accountability. So obviously I don't recommend him or his establishment for anything they offer. It's my opinion Dr Greco has a poor eye for aesthetics. I'm concerned he has an outdated skill set. In my experience he has poor people skills, surgical ability & no desire to problem solve. read more

II just left the office feeling like I was completely taken advantage of. Dr Greco has a very gruff bedside manner (at best) and as a patient, you feel like part of an assembly line. I had Botox in my chin and my bunny lines. The good Dr charges "per area" unless it is under the usual amount he injects at which point it becomes $20 a unit. My chin was previously $300. My bunny lines were a total of 8 units ($160) but yet my chin was priced at $400 because I was told I did two areas (so confused as I asked for my chin) and received a total of 4 injections. I'm not sure what happened there but when I dared to question the charges, ($560) front desk wasn't pleased with me. It's not about money. It's about the arrogance and being taken advantage of. Not a fan anymore and I just had my last visit to Dr.Greco. It's only $100 difference at the end of the day but clearly the good Dr felt it was his for the taking. Shame. He has a new girl working with him (maybe Carisa is her name) and she was great. read more

Dr. Greco coordinated with Dr. Daniel Lebowitz of the World Wellness Center to treat extreme swelling, pain and redness as a result of the misplacement of juvaderm vollure in my eye troughs. Dr Greco told Dr. Lebowitz to put me on two medicines and was positive that he could solve the problem without seeing/consulting with me. The medicines made me violently ill and they didn't fix my problem. This saga went on for three months. Eventually, I had to find a truly qualified doctor to correct/treat this problem and it cost me $1,100. Dr. Greco wouldn't see or speak to me after he told Dr. Daniel Lebowitz to prescribe me this awful medicine - instead, the receptionist at his office dismissed me and told me to go to the ER. I just wanted to have a conversation. Both Drs. Greco and Lebowitz were negligent and had zero concern for the mess they created. And charging $25/unit of Botox is absolutely ridiculous. read more

I suffered from acne scars after taking accutane. After countless appointments to try and find a solution, Dr. Greco was the first to recommend co2 laser, a one and done invasive surgery that has forever changed my life and made me feel like myself again. Wow! My results are amazing. I'm a 44 year old woman who, unfortunately, inherited very heavy eyelids. Putting on eye make up and mascara was getting really difficult and looking unattractive. Dr. Greco was highly recommended to me by a friend, so I researched him and made an appointment for a consultation. His staff is so kind, and after he took some photos of me and even showed me an image of the result potential, I was very excited to move forward with making an appointment for the procedure. Everything went so smoothly, the recovery time was minimal, and I couldn't be happier with the results! I look younger and refreshed. I had my nose done by Dr. Grecco 3 years ago and to this day I look in the a mirror and absolutely hate what I look like. My nose is very crooked and it was not before I had rhinoplasty. I tried to speak to Grecco about it but he was not very helpful and told me if i wanted it fixed I'd have to pay for the anesthesia - which is crazy because he made my nose crooked and it was not crooked before my surgery. Additionally, every time I had an appointment with him he was running 1+ hour behind and had no regard for my time. So many red flags with this guy, especially when my surgery was scheduled for 10:30AM and he did not start my surgery until 6:30PM because he was running behind on his first surgery. So rude! I suggest finding another plastic surgeon because not only did I waste a ton of money, my self esteem is worse than it was before because he made my nose very crooked. read more

I have had surgery by Dr Greco not once but twice! I found him to be extremely professional and artistic. One of his first questions was what "bothers me" about my face - he only does faces !! I told him and he immediately provided solutions, discussed the procedures and what I should expect. I felt very comfortable with him and am so happy with the results from both surgeries. Going to Dr. Greco for my cosmetic improvement was the worst decision of my life! I went to him to mitigate my facial acne scars and wrinkles, but instead, his CO2 laser procedure ruined my face. It caused more scars, redness, and blotchiness on my face. The CO2 laser procedure was not only very expensive but also caused me so much physical and emotional pain left by the scars and weird texture on my face. I was so unhappy and frustrated with the results that he agreed to do dermabrasion on sections of my face for free. The dermabrasion procedure was a disaster! Dr. Greco and his staff were not prepared for it because during the procedure the tool used for the dermabrasion malfunctioned and he could not finish the procedure. He told me to come back another time to finish my face. I never did. Dr. Greco and his staff never followed up with me on how my face was healing from the dermabrasion. The irony is that I went to Dr. Greco to improve the scars on my face and make me feel better about my appearance. Instead, he caused more damage and made me look and feel worse than before. I am now seeing a Dermatologist to help heal the results of the procedures from Dr. Greco. read more

He deserves 0 stars. From start to finish, my experience at this office was a nightmare. Let's begin with the actual appearance of his office, it looks like a scene from hoarders. Walked in and patients were roaming freely in the reception area without masks. I was accompanying my mother, who was there for a consultation for filler. This was her second visit to the office. When we were brought into the exam room, several staff members came in to get her medical history, all of which was already clearly written on her chart from her previous visit. Oh, and one of the staff members was wearing her mask around her chin. Once Dr. Greco was ready to see us, we were brought into his disaster of an office where he proceeded to remove his mask and ask the same medical history questions, despite having my mother's chart in front of him on his desk. Don't worry though, he stayed 6 feet away the entire time because he didn't move from behind his desk to actually examine her face. He had her show him what she wanted, and when I asked a question for clarification, he gave me a ridiculous attitude while sipping his Diet Coke and blowing his nose. Dr. Greco is truly gifted and I highly recommend him to address any facial concerns. Having facial surgery is a scary proposition and my husband was equally concerned. I decided to seek out a surgeon who focuses on face and neck surgery. Dr. Greco listened very carefully to my concerns and advised that we take care of one problem area before addressing the second. I expressed to Dr. Greco that I generally like my appearance and didn't want to look drastically different but I felt that my sagging brow may have been making me look angry. Due to my specific facial dimensions, he recommended a trichophytic brow lift which is rather involved but would provide the best result. I am extremely happy with the outcome and my husband is as well. Upon my return to work, 13 days after surgery, I had only minor bruising that I was able to cover up with makeup. I had the worst experience with this provider and his staff, especially the Office Manager Sue G. I found them all to be very rude and the Doctor became an issue of great concern regarding the information he gave me and his availability. He speaks to his staff in a deplorable manner, He condescending to his patients, which they in return pass on to the patients in the same way. I initially scheduled procedures with the Doctor, but quickly realized the next day after my consult that both the Doctor and the Office manager misinformed me about all aspects of the procedure and there practice/policies. I canceled the following day and they have refused to refund my Credit Cards since May 29, 2019, claiming I only canceled one part. Why would any one be concerned about a Physician and cancel only one part of a procedure the non-surgical part, yes I am worried about your abilities but operate on me anyway? This makes no sense I had canceled it all. However they knew I was never going to come back and made up a false story to hold my credit card & me hostage. But to me in my own opinion it appears that they are desperate for money and will tell you anything to get that payment and then you will see the unprofessional and unethical side when you start feeling concerned or want to change your mind. This is a Doctors office are Doctors not supposed to care and protect Human being, well not this one. They have made my life a living nightmare. I have had to file disputes with my credit card companies and complaints on federal and state levels to get assistance. The Doctor has never even returned a call or request to speak with him. The office manager ignores you and any request you may have to speak with him. She not only will bully you but make up fables to cover up her scam by trying to make you seems like a liar and demean your character, all while acting like they care. Please beware of them. I wish I had never made an appointment with them they are the worst. I have learned a big lesson, but I will stand my ground. Upon arrival I was greeted by someone at the front desk and my esthetician took me back and to where my procedure would be done. She prepped me and when the doctor was ready he came to the room and explained what would be taking place during my appointment. I was referred to Dr. Greco a friend, who had been referred to Dr. Greco by another doctor. My daughter was getting married and I wanted to look my best. Dr. Greco recommended CO laser treatment. The soonest available date for the treatment was 6 weeks before the wedding, a little tight for a procedure with a 2 week recovery. My husband was especially nervous. I went ahead anyway, and the results were amazing. I was particularly impressed with the follow up care - I either saw the doctor, or Dr. Greco or a member of his staff was in touch every day for the two weeks following the procedure, and regularly even after that. I had been wanting to get an otoplasty for about 10 years, I finally decided to go for it and chose Dr. Greco. Dr. Greco was ubelievably hands on before and after my surgery.
