For us, however, the real difference came in the attentive support we received during and after installation. Many companies are, of course, attentive during the sales and design phase. What sets this company apart is their dedication to ensuring your happiness once the product is installed. Any questions we had were answered immediately. They worked with us through the renovation of our home to ensure that once our project was completed our kitchen lived up to all of our expectations. Promised he was a hands-on architect who would work with the contractor to make sure the work was done properly, and that he follows through etc. Our experience was the opposite. He did not respond to numerous phone calls and emails, and basically abandoned us. And to add insult to injury the windows were incorrect and could not be fully installed as planned, leaving us with oddly short windows and out the cost of custom-made transom windows we couldn't use.
