By Dr.Lam n Dr.Green ,thought it would be simple procedure. They did what was needed n I was to see a plastic surgeon for the official closing. But he was called in to the OR in an emergency.Now what ? I had gone home in the meantime ,as I had the start of a bad headache n needed to eat,that's when I got a call from Mohs, saying I should come back and they would close my open wound,not thinking much if it I did.That's when my night mare began as I sat in a chair for approx 3 hrs in sheer pain as my nose was litterly carved in my opinion ,as I was constantly injected with numbing meds n I ended up shivering uncontrollably from it. They stated it was a reaction,not because I was cold. I prayed to get out of that chair ,at the end I mentioned to them ," just because I am 68 doesn't mean I have no pride in my appearance, as I heard ok we understand. I left there with my left eye almost swollen shut n had to drive home myself,thank goodness I did not live far.Not once was I asked or told would need a driver or one to drive me home.Not once was I given options and found out later there are 9 plastic surgeon's there, so what happened to the other 8 ( were they on vacation) I learned those Dr's go for 3 yrs in surgery n a plastic surgeon goes for 12 yrs. I learned my wound was not life threatening n the closing could of waited a day or two for that plastic surgeon, but again was not given that option, I learned that what they did ,I should of been in the OR n under anesthesia period. I learned to ask more questions after this, worse day in my life n been in that much pain was ridiculous. Later I told her ,I wasn't happy about this, she stated well look at this way ,at least we got the cancer my response. Yes at what cost,your not the one to look in a mirror n cry all the time,she had nothing to say then. I was very depressed n pulling myself out slowly ,but again was told ,the feeling in my nose would take 2 months, it is now May n no I still don't ,the sides of my nose yes, the middle NO ! So if you have a wound larger then a pea......see n insist on a ,Plastic Surgeon ,pls !! I will bear these scars the rest of my life n will NEVER,NEVER go back to Moh's !!!

This was a carve job in my opinion

I've done seven sessions so far on a pretty large back tattoo. My goal is to fade it enough to cover it nicely. It's fading really well! Tattoo removal is pricey but there's no getting around that wherever you go for the service. The atmosphere, attentiveness, and professionalism is five stars :)

When I had a question, I would text him and within a couple of minutes he got back to me. I cannot say enough how happy I am with Dr. Stratis and his work. He's truly an artist and the best at what he does. I'm have so much confidence in him that I have referred him to several friends and family. He also has great bedside manner, and his nurse Ashley was amazing as well. Everyone is very upbeat and very personable. I highly recommend Dr. Stratis and his staff. They are all a class act!

Really, 4 and 1/2 stars out of 5!…read more In June, I spent a month at The Ranch of Pa. It is a residential treatment center run by Promises Behavioral Health. The location is beautiful and there are beautiful sunrises, sunsets and adorable deer to admire daily. Prior to being admitted, I was at a hospital in PA. I was not given much information about the program. There was a beautiful Cardinal that was perched in a tree when I arrived at the gate in a taxi. That helped me realize I was in the right place at the right time. Thank you. Much more to come.... There are so Many well-planned and thorough experiential activities. There's a ropes course, and very cool team building activities in the "barn". There is yoga once a week, somatic healing, trauma therapy, and an incredibly helpful Dialectal behavioral Therapy (DBT) four-week course/therapy processing etc. Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT) is also utilized. Additionally, some very cool drama therapy sessions are sprinkled throughout the schedule. The food is good and the culinary team is very friendly (and talented). Provisions are made for vegetarians and those with food intolerances, etc. The staff and leadership team are stellar. The nurses are excellent and they genuinely care. I really found the psychiatric nurse practitioner (Nicole) to be extremely helpful and extremely knowledgeable about medications. If you are interested, a non-denominational Sunday service is streamed and available for viewing. (The website for the ranch is extremely informative.) While I was at The Ranch, I was experiencing night terrors most nights. The nursing team and the behavioral health techs (BHTs) really demonstrated empathy and concern. Once a week, a staff member makes a nicotine/postsge/Target run. They have lists you can fill out and as long as you have a credit card on file, you're good to shop. Amazon orders may be sent by family, etc. If you need to place an amazon order yourself, you can request that your assigned therapist assist you. Cell phones aren't available - there are phones in each cabin. Every day, you may sign up for "phone time." You may keep snacks in a closet within your cabin. Everything must be nut-free. If you are wanting to have a watch with you, make sure it doesn't have camera access. Regular watches and kids basic digital watches work.

Had been in physical therapy in NJ until Covid derailed my progress. Started having radicular symptoms again after I moved and wanted to give this place a try. My physical therapist Garrett was clearly well trained and understood the necessary exercises needed for my rehab. I met all of strength and flexibility goals within 2 months and stayed an extra month to ensure consistency. Very easy to make appointments. Desk staff was personable. The facility had enough equipment, variety, and space. Close parking, too. Unfortunately, masks are mandatory and that took some time to get used to. I would highly recommend this location.
