They just need to let me be their poster child. tee,hee The facility, the staff were creme de la creme- they have their own surgery center which was really nice to not have to go else where and wait for your alloted time to be worked on, I know them all from the financial person to the receptionist who is my go to gal as well. All my friends that I have referred ,have felt the same way! I take referring people seriously and I know they are in good hands with these two doctors. Bedside manners are superb. They made me feel at ease on go to day even though I was a nervous wreck as most people are and they helped me out with that regard. I was a happy little camper going in. When I had a question, I would text him and within a couple of minutes he got back to me. I cannot say enough how happy I am with Dr. Stratis and his work. He's truly an artist and the best at what he does. I'm have so much confidence in him that I have referred him to several friends and family. I was told I would need to pay an additional $108 for a touch-up. In my past experiences at other providers, touch-ups within the two-week period have always been included. I've done Dysport and Botox multiple times before and never had to pay for a touch-up. I'm also extremely upset with the fact that they advertise their services for one price online and you get here and it's much more expensive than advertised. The price changes constantly even though you've already worked out a price prior to your appointment. I know exactly what I'm getting and how much it's going to cost me before I walk through the door or commit to an appointment. And my bill is always paid in full. Lately though things have been changing I'm spending a little bit more after every injection even though I'm asking for the same amount every time. Recently after the COVID lock down I had one of the first appointments. I was injected with my usual dysport amount and the price was $346 which was paid in full. Approximately a month later my injections are wearing off already!!!! This had never happened to me before as they generally last three to four months. I was actually going to be calling them in the next day or two about this. And then funny thing, just yesterday I got a charge on my credit card for $96. From Look Great MD. So I called them immediately and they gave me some story that they injected me with a lot more than what I paid for and that they undercharged me. Which was complete BULL!!! I will not patronize this place anymore. Things are starting to get shady in here at this facility and it's turning into a rip off. I have never had any problem with my injections not lasting at least 4 months. I have been going here for at least two and a half years and never an issue. But here I am 27 days after my appointment and it's almost completely wore off and then they want to turn around and charge me an extra $96 without my approval or knowledge. I don't think so. I will be looking for another place. This was a great little place and they had a great customer in me but not anymore. With that said though the ladies that work at this facility are very friendly and they're very nice. I have no issue with any one of them individually.
