My teenager lost her glasses and was due for an exam and glasses in a few months so I contacted Dr…read more Steed's office to obtain my daughter's pupil distance measurement so I could order a cheap pair online until the exam. They refused to give me my own child's PD measurement that my insurance paid for. I used an app to do the measurement and went into Dr. Steed's office to see if they would at least tell me if the measurement was close. They seemed to think it was funny to play games and say "Ummm that is close, but not accurate." While they were looking at it right on the screen. I called around and Stanton Optical was willing to do the measurement for free whether we purchased glasses there or not. They allowed me to have the measurement. I was so impressed and happy. I decided to go ahead and purchase a replacement pair there and walked out with new glasses in less than an hour. The staff there were amazing. They were so welcoming and helpful, especially Seth. Our family of three will be going to Stanton optical for our glasses from now on.

They have the registration process down to a science. They are polite, caring and have wonderful bedside manners. They truly care for you and make you as comfortable as possible.
