Three weeks later when I received my glasses, they didn't fit my vision and Serrins had to re-do. Another three weeks passed and when I tried my eyeglasses, they still didn't fit my vision, in fact, the lenses got worse! Another 3 weeks went by and I finally called Serrins about my eyeglasses, to which the staff said that it was delivered to the wrong lab and that they're going to send it back to the correct lab. Frustrated, I decided to retrieve my frame back and go somewhere else where they know what they're doing! Overall, there were 2.5 months without my glasses! Unacceptable! (Granted, Serrins have some friendly staff in the office, I would NOT recommend them based on my personal experience.)

They would have pictures of their patients all over the walls, they would offer you coffee or tea when you walked in, they would give little gifts of appreciation, and they would genuinely act happy to see you. Now it's a boring office where you are just a number like everywhere else. The walls are bare, they don't ask you if you want a drink, and they over charge for glasses which I was okay with since the customer service was worth it. But I'm so completely disappointed in this place that I don't plan on coming back. I used to be so excited to come here but now I'm going to find somewhere else.

This man is the greatest of all time. He's been fixing my glasses for years. If one of your screws…read morefell out, don't buy another glasses repair kit, go to Jon. The screws will never fall out. I always break my glasses so I come in here a few times a year. He has fixed my lenses who have been a little too small or too big for my frames and fitted them. He's helped me pick out a different frame when my glasses were unrepairable. He's switched out lenses for me after I broke said pair and had to buy the same frame. He also has schooled me on what kind of glasses are more durable than others. He has tons of very modern and stylish prescription glasses and sunglasses. You can try them all on at your convenience while you're waiting for your favorite frames to be fixed. Highly recommend!! Side note: Don't go to your eye doctor for them to fix or for them to order parts for your repair.
