    Well. My fridge had a problem with Drain and ice. So in the…read morefirst visit Nick came and diagnosed the problem. He opened and cleaned the dry ice that was blocking the drain and causing the flooding inside the fridge. He left and I paid for the labor... In the same visit Nik also fixed the problem with the dryer. As I understand the labor fee was charged for dryer and fridge repair. The dryer was not repaired for free... Few days later the issue started again. Water drain and ice issue. Second visit. Nick came again and this time he recommended to replace the drain fan. And he charged $150+ (to be confirmed) for a $25 fan. Well. The issue is still not fixed. Nick came again and now he advised to replace the control board and the ice maker for almost $500. So have decided to decline and shop for a new fridge instead of spending the same money on failed repairs. I could have made a right decision after the first visit if these guys would give me the right recommendation based on the right diagnosis instead of ripping me off and overcharging.
