He cleaned my upstairs bedrooms and hallway quickly but efficiently. I have had a large carpet stain in my hallway since I moved into my home 6 years ago and it tracks into my spare bedroom. He acted like the entire job was an inconvenience to him. He also stated that his machine would dirty the stairs if we did not elect to pay the extra money to get the stairs cleaned. It's ridiculous that he was going to dirty the stairs and not leave them in the same condition that he encountered. I ended up having to lay down my own moving blankets on the stairs to protect them from him getting them dirty with his equipment. Had I known the type of customer service this business provides I would've taken my money elsewhere. Lesson learned.
