It's been 2 years since I had the carpets cleaned and took advantage of the heat wave so my carpets can dry faster. I decided to use Tim's Carpet Cleaning again because I had a great experience. Two years ago he was punctual, this time he ran a little late. However he did call at 11:30 to tell me he was going to be late. Unfortunately, it was my lunch break, and for him to be running half hour late wasn't the perfect timing for me, but he was professional and called nonetheless. I didn't need my whole house done, as most of it is tile. I needed 4 things done: my living room, stairs plus the hallway, and the master bedroom cleaned. His original quote over the phone was $220, but after he walked through my home and saw how tiny it was, he just made it $200 even. He notice I had a pet, and asked if I wanted the pets spray. I declined, and he did not push the issue. No pressure sale here. He arrived at 12:15, and left a little before 2:00. Last time he had a helper. This visit, he was a one man show, and he methodically clean my carpet not once over, but twice. He's not a chatty or wisecracking guy, but he does try to strike up a conversation. He does his job, and afterwards have you look over the place. He did not leave my place a mess, but there were some water spots on my tile and garage, especially where he filled his cleaning unit. He could have used a rag to clean up his water spills, I guess. He said after the carpet dries, and there's something I'm not happy with, give him a call and he'll come and fix it. Tim is such a nice guy, he made everything happen to clean my carpet. Second floor apartment he had to make adjustments because there was no water base he did use my kitchen sink and was so caring for any water spills. And he was so fast! I received a flyer for Tims Carpet Cleaning a few months ago. Our carpet is very worn and soiled from pet related issues but we needed to try and "freshen" it for a party. Called Tim and explained our job. I set an appointment and he showed up on time. He is a one-man operation and quickly got to work. Vacuum, pre-treatment and shampoo, he cleaned our living room and hallway and reset everything in about 90 minutes. He did a fantastic job, getting rid of many of the stains and leaving the carpet dry enough to walk on (without shoes!) immediately. A great job, done quickly and thoroughly at a fair price. You never know what you are going to find after inspecting a tenants house, even when they say they don't have any pets. Ridiculous. This is the first Yelp review I have written, which goes to show how much I liked this company. As Xvlafa X states, this is the BEST carpet cleaner in the business. I called Tim and shared a bit about the house (i.e./ # rooms, sq footage). He quickly came back with a price and date. We did a quick walk through when he arrived and he assured me the stains would all be eliminated once he was done. I live on the 3rd floor and there are two very large staircases leading up to the living area. Although the stair case is metal, there is carpet on each of the landings. I did not have Tim quote on this because they are awkward to get to and I figured would add to the cost. When he arrived, his said they should be done at the same time and would do it an no additional expense!!!! Unbelievable. The place looks amazing. I've been in this place for four years and had the carpets cleaned twice before. They have never looked so good. It's like brand new. Thank you Tim for doing such an outstanding job!!!! I needed my carpets cleaned as well as the ceramic tile in my kitchen. I called tims carpet cleaning. he gave me a quote for the carpets over the phone but said he needed to measure the tile. so tim came out to my house and gave me a free estimate for the carpet cleaning and the ceramic tile. we set a date and time. Tim showed up on time and did a fantastic job cleaning my kitchen floor.... as for my carpets I couldn't ask for a better job. Very disappointed with Tim, which I didn't expect with the good reviews he got. I had an appointment at 9am, come 9:45 no sign of Tim or even a phone call saying he is on the way. I call and ask where he is and he says "I didn't have your number and most people cancel when it's raining" and I told him I still wanted my carpet cleaned so he said he will be on the way. It was no big deal he was late, as long as he came to clean my carpet, but I did think it was unprofessional for him to just assume I no longer wanted my carpet cleaned. He called me when he was here (I live in an apartment complex), and I told him where the gate was so I can let him in, he then added "most people don't want their carpet cleaned when it's raining", he just sounded like he didn't want to clean my carpets. So I told him to forget it and I will do it another day. He then said he will do it...15 minutes later he TEXTED me and said "I couldn't get my truck in, I'm sorry". He just left!!! I was shocked and obviously pissed off and texted him back saying how unprofessional he is. I then proceeded to call "Heavens Best Carpet Cleaning", I told him about Tim's and he was shocked that he just left me hanging and then told me he will squeeze me in today to clean my carpets.
