I've had Stain Busters come out twice now and they are great. Initially I found them online to clean our leather sectional. I was given a quote and they are priced so reasonable. They came out and cleaned our sectional and cleaned our area rug. I hired them back out to do another area rug and three rooms in our house. Again great service and customer service. read more

Great job on cleaning our couch. He was transparent that some stains might be too deep to remove but he was able to remove most of them! I am so satisfied with my services, from the initial set up with Kris all the way to my actual service with Jesy . I am beyond pleased. Jesy did a fantastic job . He's very knowledgeable about his profession , as well as he even provided other great advice regarding questions I had that didn't pertain to my carpet cleaning services. It Took him a little over an hour and a half to do my entire house (2 story 2622 sq ft). Including hallways , stair cases and closets . I have a lot of bulky furniture that I didn't care to move, so I had him mostly just do areas that were visible. I assumed I was going to need a pet treatment because we use to have a live in dog, but Jesy assured me that it wasn't needed and he was even able to get 90% of a slime stain out of one of my rooms, in which a previous carpet company said they weren't able to remove it. He did amazing and my carpet not only looks amazing, it smells great too. I get my carpet cleaned every spring , and I now know who to come to moving forward. read more

I looked for a cleaning service to do our regular once per month house cleaning. I interviewed several services. All of them right around $200. Texas Cleaning Service fell into the middle of the quotes not the lowest and not the highest. I called and spoke with their customer service representative, Tiffany. We had several lengthy conversations. These conversations were very specific pertaining to exactly what we needed, how many square feet in the living space etc. I then asked for a list of tasks as we had discussed. The list Tiffany sent was not totally inclusive of what was agreed upon during our conversations. I contacted her again and Tiffany sent a full list which concisely spelled out what they would have their team do during an appointment. I accepted the proposal. So far very good. Sometime before the appointment a person named Jacob began to get involved. He told my wife he was Tiffany's supervisor. This interaction could have gone one of two ways. After speaking with my wife he had some issues with the terms of the agreement that Tiffany and I had put into writing. That said, after revisiting the terms of the agreement he understood not only the pricing but further the amount of detail spelled out in the agreement and we moved cheerfully on. It's one thing to question things one may come across and another to actually have terms spelled out which protects not only us as consumers but also the vendors. My best advice is that Texas Cleaning Services provided a very good job at a fair but not lowest pricing available along with flexible staff, management and cleaning professionals coming from a point of view best in class service. This does not mean a verbal agreement is enough. Get all vendor agreements in writing. Jacob the supervisor did a good job standing behind their agreement. Irma the lead cleaner is very good, quite competent and we have requested her as our regular lead person. Maria also did an acceptable and the carpet vacuuming had that high pro finish and looked great for her portion of the work. Tiffany worked diligently to work all our needs into a cohesive document. All in all I recommend this company with 4 stars. They did lose a star for questioning the scope of work without reading through every point. That said, Jacob stepped up to ensure the agreement was going to be honored. So alls well that ends well and we are as committed to a long term relationship as we believe their organization is also committed. jc g

I hired them again several years later to do flooring in another room; they did such a terrible job…read morethat the tiles cracked when walked on the floor because the installer just put blobs of concrete onto the tiles without smoothing it out at all. This technique also led to a 1/2" gap between the tile and the drywall in the shower. They didn't ask what kind of edging I wanted either before permanently installing cheap plastic. The owner showed up on the first day of the install but then I never saw him again. He left some young kid at my house who didn't speak any English at all. He originally installed it going the wrong direction, wasting materials I paid for, and then became visibly irritated with me when he had to redo the floor tile. When I pointed out that the tile was crooked, the supposedly non-English speaker said, "No, it's not" and then waited until I left the room to disappear forever. I tried to contact the owner, Robert, several times afterward asking for help and then he blocked my number. Eventually I gave up and hired a different contractor to demolish and redo the entire thing so the floor tiles dont crack when you walk on them and the wall tiles wouldn't fall off onto people showering when we the foundation shifts with the seasons. Hiring Anna Flooring a second time was a several thousand dollar mistake. I don't understand what happened to this company.

Andy did an amazing job! It's a great thing when it comes to customer service for the person doing whatever the job is to have a sense of humor in the middle of doing his job. Paid very close to details, DID not RUSH (which most people do), and overall got the carpet looking and smelling much better than the apartment complex carpet cleaning services (they just put dirty water on the floors and suck it up). I will be booking with Andy again and also recommend him to some other people that I know who need their carpet cleaned. This is a great company for many reasons. David is a Veteran who is still serving his country as a Marine Reserve. Kudos to Stain Busters for hiring veterans. I told him I would be back in 15 minutes with the cash ready. When I arrived home, the technician was gone. I immediately called him, and he was rude and yelled at me, questioning why no one at my house spoke English. My dad had only said "no English" because he couldn't communicate. After the technician left, my dad locked the door, which anyone would do after seeing someone leave. If the technician needed help, he could have easily rung the doorbell. The worst part was when he told me he wouldn't come back for the original price and demanded $136 + tax instead. It was clear he tried to take advantage of the fact that March 31st was our last day in the rental, and we needed to have the carpet cleaned by that date. His behavior was dishonest, manipulative, and completely unprofessional. He showed no respect or basic decency. I would never recommend this service to anyone. His actions were unprofessional, dishonest, and racially insensitive. Avoid this business at all costs.
