Brandon actually cussed me on the phone....Told me to "F*@& Off" and that he "doesn't care about my issues." I question if this company is a reputable business or just one guy with a cell phone. Majority of his business seems to come from home warranty clients, yet treats them as a hassle and lower rate customers. Stay far away from Brandon and Best Tech LLC.

I decided to have Airmasters come out and give me an estimate on a new system. Shannon came that afternoon and went over everything and at a price I could afford. I got a $1,000 rebate from Daikin and then I will received another $1,200 check via United Co-Op Electrical Services for having a new, efficient system installed. Can't beat that. Shannon said I was more than welcome to check other places; however, for me, Airmasters has always been fair and treated me right. New system was installed a week later. Been running for two days now and love it. I recommend Airmasters to all my friends.

He had to send another technician over because he was no longer welcome here, and after he was proven wrong about our copayment. The second technician finished the first technicians Alex's work but the AC was only working less than 30 mins if that when it completely stopped running again. Called him and he literally said don't call my number and hung up on my husband.
