The food is good. However the manager is the young Mexican/Hispanic manager is awful.!!!!!! . I had an issue with my order and the assistant manger (Caucasian manager) didn't have an issue correcting the issue. Once I arrived the young manger refused to oblige what the other manager had stated. He was like we need to see the food. I stated sir I ordered from Uber Eats yesterday and got tied up and couldn't come up there. He stated that he still need to see the order and that I need to take it up with Uber Eats. Coming from the mouth of my 11 year old... This place takes more commitment than a relationship... Sunday 6/23/19 pulled up to drive-thru and ordered @ 5:07p, I know because I received a call right before I started my order.. We order a burger/fries which comes with 4 wings and a 10 piece wings/fries.. So nothing too hard.. After waiting in the line for OVER 45 minutes with a fussy baby...I go inside and tell the young man at the counter that I would like my $ back, he states your order is coming up, are you sure you want your $ back. I say yes.. he takes my receipt to the back then comes back and says the manager is coming up.. A young lady asks to see my receipt again.. then hands it back.. Finally an older lady comes from the back and takes my receipt, turns around and walks off.. I wait a minute then walk closer to the register.. she finally comes over and starts refunding my $ or so I thought...I was wondering WHY it was taking so long to refund straight to my CC...Finally, she hands me a print off (refund receipt) that had in capital letters...Customer said was taking too long... I say thank you and leave... Well, here it is 6/26/19 and the $ was refunded BUT another charge was added. So she charged me again... So now I have to waste more time calling and most likely going up there to have my $ refunded again.. SO be safe people and pay attention to the charges... I wish I could have atleast tried the food so I could rate it BUT... I plan on calling them at 11am when they open today... wish me luck... read more

This is my second visit and these are some of the best wings I've had in a while. The Lemon Pepper Wings are my favorite so far. The wings are kinda small but are cooked perfectly. Not over seasoned, just right for my tastebuds. I really liked the Philly Cheesesteak although the bell peppers weren't cooked as much as I would have liked them but overall a close second to Pop's Deli's cheesesteak. Next time I'll definitely hold the bell pepper. A coworker had the House Fried Rice and said it was great. Service was fast and friendly and they've really cleaned up the place from when it was Filiburto's. I'm sold! Let's have more wings! read more

I had a meal at the restaurant yesterday, an opted for the 10pc meal. I took a few minutes, perhaps 15, so I had time to look around. I went to wash my hands, and the restroom was pristine, clearly well cleaned, often. I got a diet coke, from the (well cleaned) fountain. It TASTED like diet coke! (I often get funky sodas, that taste like a mix of drinks, or something) My wings arrive, steaming hot in their signature Gold sauce. This stuff is gold! Mild, savory and slightly sweet. The wing sections were well cooked, with a crispy skin, and not oily at all. The veggies served, 1 mini carrot and 1 piece of celery, were fresh and crisp. The ranch dressing was tasty. These are among the best wings I've had in Memphis, in a spotless restaurant, with kind staff. A new Gold standard. read more

This place is very dirty if you look. Sitting waiting on my order I glanced over and saw how disgusting up under the drink machines were into where they never wipe down the sides of the counter. And the silver table where they have the condiments and the other drink machine I don't think the sides of that tables ever been washed down even the front of it is disgusting. I got the Philly cheesesteak combo with wings. I ordered no onions or peppers add pickles and tomatoes. I ate half of the sandwich and noticed 2 stems in my sandwich. They looked like apple stems or something. I called the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager and he said they came from the pickles. I had pickle slices. They don't look like pickle stems and if so why would they put them in a sandwich. I will never eat there again. I feel very violated and sick. read more

I'm a fan of their Philly Cheese Steak, double meat and cheese. I'll take the provolone, but it would be nice to get a couple of tweaks to make it the best Philly in Memphis. I don't know who you buy your groceries from, but you'd be much better served by using Amoroso (authentic Philly) or Leidenhiemer out of New Orleans. Turano out of Chicago is a default 3rd choice. One of my co-workers told me about Tim's so me and my bosslady went there to get some for a shop lunch. We got all the flavors. They were so amazingly good. I have been back since several times. Weird food here. I do not want corn meal wings. Flavorless. The pictures don't match the food you receive! The blandest burger on earth is served here. I ordered them with UberEats. When I got my food, they were missing a whole meal and had the wing flavor wrong on the order they did send. I called them 3 times, no answer. I finally got a very unprofessional lady on the phone, who was implying that the UberEats driver took my food. But, in reality they gave him the wrong food. She did nothing to fix the issue and did not care at all. We were willing to drive up there to get the food, but she kept saying she personally packed the food. But, IT WAS ALL WRONG. She kept saying they were not taking any more call in orders, even though my food had already been paid for. I go there all the time, but will not be back. Enjoyed the chicken but the wait was rather long , party wings for the cost of whole wings was a surprise. Loved the cup sizes but I do not like that fact that everything is an extra 50¢ . We asked for half honey and half hot in a 10 pc...was an extra 50¢ then we asked for another ranch...was an extra 50¢. The cashier suggested I get the combo and save money!! Who does that anymore?! The food was very good! Today was my first and last time patronizing this business. I'd never been here before and thought I would give it a try. I had questions about what I was ordering and the drive thru cashier was very rude and abrupt. I was asked to pull up and told my food would be brought out. When I asked about how long it would be, MORE ATTITUDE! I did receive my food fairly quickly but the same cashier stood behind the railing and dangled my food. There was no thank you and I didn't get my ranch dressing. I chose not to go in for the dressing due to the lack of customer service. The food was average but I will not be back again.
