Butterfly promptly called me back, tried to help me troubleshoot over the phone and when that didn't work, they stopped by on a Sunday. WOW! They taught me more about our pool in 20 minutes than I'd learned in 3 years from various providers. They were affordable and when they left our home, I had immediate peace.
