They were friendly, worked quickly, got their job done, and best of all didn't in my opinion over charge us. After they left, we discovered a small issue in the bathroom. We called Mr. McFadden, and he and his assistant, Jordan, soon arrived, the first time we'd used this service. After their careful investigation, the problem was diagnosd as a leak in the copper pipe feeding the bathroom's sink: that leak was dripping inside the wall and flowing down into the ground below. Working smoothly together, the two men stopped the leak and put a new pipe into place. They carefully cleaned up their work, including beneath the cabinet under the sink. I explained to "Chris" in great detail that I have a "sewage" leak and I do have a septic tank. I asked, "Do you work on Septic Tanks and outside sewage drains?" He said yes, we sure do. I asked him about getting a free estimate. They sent out a plumber, who called me. He said, "Mam, I'm the plumber from Blue Frog. This is a problem with your septic tank. We don't work on Septic tanks." My response, "I know it is a septic leak. There is sewage on the ground. Do you know of a reputable company that works on Septic tanks?" He gave me a name of a Septic Service company. I called Jay's Septic Cleaning.... I told Jay exactly where the underground septic tank was located. The following day, I received a call from Chris, @ Blue Frog Plumbing. He told me that he got a phone call from a man who is searching for my septic tank! OMG! I told him I hired a man to come out and drain the Septic Tank, per your plumber's recommendation. Chris, told me to hold on. He came back a few moments later and told me that one of Blue Frog's Plumbers was at my property and he would have him call me! (This situation goes on from bad to worse)! Well, the Blue Frog Plumber, also named Chris informed me that it would cost me $75 for him to show "Jay" the owner of Jay's Septic Services, where my Septic Tank is located. * "Water and Sewage was laying on the ground above the Septic Tank." Then he told me that most likely one of the field drain pipes were clogged. He and Jay would dig out the Septic Tank, then drain, flush and inspect the "field lines" where the sewage drains into the ground. The cost, $700. I explained that I really cannot afford that much. He said that I could use a &50 coupon. I paid the $650 and now, a week later, I am having the same problem. Sewage waste on the ground, on top of the septic tank. I asked Chris at Blue Frog to please send someone out. His response: This is a new problem. I asked to speak with the owner. I was told that he is not available. After several hours I called back and Chris immediately transferred me to the office manager. She told me that my "plumbing problem has been fixed." No, we are not going to send anyone else out. I asked, " Has Adam Priest (the owner) been informed that I requested a call back?" She advised me that yes, he had." I told her at that point and time that I expect you to repair the problem of sewage leaking on my yard and it is exactly the same place as before! If I don't get some resolution or my money back I will be speaking to an attorney. The office manager told me that I need to call another plumber. If I call back again, my calls will be transferred to her directly and that I am no longer a customer. I sure hope that my review will certainly help others from being ripped off. I am 65 years old so this is targeted towards the Elderly. I am following up with a formal complaint to the Attorney General.

He recommended piping be put underground, being late in the day he showed up the next morning to assess the situation and accused the builder of a 6 year old house that the gas line was 'not up to code'. I contacted the builder concerned who reassured me it was with photos and a video. He then reassessed the situation and determined it was ok then said he would be "right back". He never returned that day. It being day 2 with gas for hot water, i contacted another plumber. I texted him and figured he didn't want the work. He called back and said he still wanted to complete the work, but said he had 'emegencies' that day and forgot to contact me. I said that's fine but i need a fixed bid. He said he could provide an estimate but "didn't know what he was going to find" in the ground. Which is not a "fixed" bid. The new plumber showed up the next assessed the situation and determined that digging was not required and gave me a firm cost. They had my gas back on by the afternoon. Meanwhile, I told Jerry i would pay for the work completed as I felt bad. He showed up to my house without notice and demanded payment then as 'he had to be somewhere'. As I was out i told him i could leave him a check when i got back but couldn't magically appear at that moment. I ended paying Jerry for the 'work' he completed. A nice fellow, but not very focused on the customer's situation. He recommended unnecessary work ( a bunch of needless trenching) and needless anxiety (by suggesting my gas line was not up to code and the house may 'blow up'). And i spent $460 on nothing but grief and a 2 day delay. Wouldn't recommend. Find someone else.
