We have stopped in here several times and have always been impressed by the employees, the customer…read moreservice and the products. My three boys kids beg to come here after school, even if it's just to look around. Today, though, we hosted a party here. The crew was accommodating, helpful, and had great details worked out to make our morning event awesome!!!

My friend gave my partner a gift card and told us this was where we wanted to go to get him more…read moreminifigs, plus she was talking about getting custom. We came in right after open on a weekday and at first it was great. I really enjoyed all the displays they have here. It's really a fun place and I'm glad I came here to check it out. However, I will never step foot inside one of these stores again. Within an hour the place was overrun with really young kids that weren't particularly well behaved. I was disappointed in the lack of sets and the prices aren't any better than anywhere else. I don't know who wants Legos that they didn't assemble but apparently some people must because they have cases full of them. Again, no cheaper than just buying the set so I guess you're paying retail for used merch so you don't have to do the work (although that's kind of the point for us). Even ones clearly missing parts weren't discounted which I thought was very strange. Honestly not sure why they'd even carry that. As for making a custom it's just digging through piles and piles of each and every piece you need to put a minifig together. I'm not interested in sticking my hands in those disgusting germ factories, but maybe you are. It might be custom but it'll take forever and not save you any money. Plus you get to do while little kids are all up in those same bins making chaos of any sorting you may actually do. Easier to buy one that already looks like you and if anything switch hair/clothes on your sets. We did end up finding sets that were worth it in the small bag variety. This place is cool to check out. I get that it's a great way to occupy your kids for a long time with not such a high cost. I'll stick with online myself.
