My situation was the latter- I was going to yard sales in Newberg when I came across this place. It is very unassuming from the outside and has limited hours- if you're able to visit though, I recommend it. The prices are very fair, the selection is good and the volunteers are very friendly. It's definitely not as clean or comfortable as say Goodwill, but it's fairly organized and easy to find things. The best selections are in clothing, books, homewares and DVDs. Lots of parking in the area including a dedicated lot. Bit of a warning- during summer it can get very hot in here. I think there is AC but the building doesn't appear to be well insulated. Not a major deal for me, but for people more sensitive to temperature this is a heads up!

Since it is September 1st and fall us around the cirner, Jean jackets,, cardigans and sweaters were everywhere. . There were several sweaters that I liked but I ended up not buying them because at my age, I need natural fibers otherwise I get way too hot. It was a bummer as the light blue and orange Aztec print pullover had my name all over it! Nice selection of Aztec printed bags. They had lots of texture and came in a variety of color palettes. And they were huge! Definitely use as an overnight bag or gym bag. Handmade jewelry - lots of fringe earrings - and bracelets, necklaces and rings rounded out the accessory section. Inventory moves quickly and there are always new items so visit frequently. The owner was so warm and friendly, like shopping with your friend!
