A wonderful store with many different items, including souvenirs, candy and syrup, and chocolate truffles as well. Many unique items for sale in this store. I found maple syrup in a cool jar, and some delicious chocolate too. Definitely recommend to check this store out while in downtown Cooperstown. read more

Such a cute store! There are many different sections of the store featuring different artists and their products. I really did like the fresh fudge on the counter and truffles in a case too. A chocolate lover's paradise! Just wish there were more ice cream flavors because that's what I came here for the day that I visited (a coworker recommended this place). I would come back here for candy or other small gifts, but probably not for ice cream again. The service was good. read more

This is easily the cutest store I have been to. There is a walrus plushie that greets you as you walk in, and there are socks with curses censored out with tape by the store owners. They sell ice cream in a multitude of flavors, and is so sweet and creamy. The cone is the perfect crunchy texture, and is perfect after dinner or as a desert. read more

This is the best little shop in Cooperstown Lil' Main Street. The staff is friendly and helpful, easy going and not stalking you like she just spotted you in Unsolved Mysteries. There are things to get in all price ranges and plenty of Cooperstown Swag and just neat Swag you can get for any occasion. But the star of this place is the Ice Cream. There is an uncanny amount of ice cream shops in Cooperstown. Not sure if there is a permanent vortex of sub Saharan hot air being pumped into the Town. The older lady was very rude, as we had just ordered fudge and was waiting on ice cream, she told us the younger girl (who was very nice) would get the ice cream for us after she was done with the other persons fudge. We were clearly the next person in line and she didn't care. Then... same older lady rudely jumped in front of the cashier to check someone else out while we were clearly waiting to check out. Just jumped in and took over the register. If I hadn't had ice cream in my hand, I would have walked out. Very Rude and won't go back. read more

Nice candy store on main st in Cooperstown. They have a wide selection of candies (classics and newer ones) and chocolates, some of which they make in the store. They also have lots of knick knacks and crafts in the back of the store. It's nice to have a candy store in town and the beer fudge is pretty amazing! read more

My recent trip to Cooperstown was during the off season so many stores weren't open. I was very glad to find that this one was. A lot of cute Coops memorabilia and many adorable trinkets. The fudge is AMAZING! The woman who waited on me I believe was the owners Mother and she was super helpful. The only negative part is that is a bit pricey. read more

Tin Bin Alley has been my favorite store in Cooperstown for the last 20 years! They have it all: retro candy, homemade chocolate and fudge, gifts, cards (extremely funny!), etc! We were recommended this place by another local shop. Although a little pricey, a lot of things in Cooperstown is. It was good ice cream and smelled amazing. Honestly my favorite store in New York! Not only did they have candy, but many cute trinkets! I bought a dish that had "I love you to the moon and back", one with "friends are the family we get to choose" and a cute pouch with "friendship isn't one thing- it's a ton of little things." It's the cutest shop I've ever been to and I strongly recommend it! Even just to browse! And it isn't full of baseball stuff although 1/4 of it was. It was a nice change in the town. love it!
