** Update ** Absolutely love my new Fence! Lifetime Fence is amazing! Felipe and his crew were here on time. They worked hard and fast, it only took them two days to finish, my salesman came out to walk the fence after they were done. We found one spot where they had forgot to stain a cut end but that was resolved the same day. Carina called to do a follow up thank you call a week later just to make sure I hadn't found anything else that I needed fixed. I absolutely love this company! Next summer we will be building a covered patio with Lifetime Fence. I can't say enough about this company. I've used Lifetime twice and they're always on time and do an impeccable job. I used them on my first house over a decade ago for a new fence and when we moved to our new house we knew exactly who to call for our covered patio. We contacted this company for an Automatic Gate for our office , we were given a quote for $4500 which we accepted and gave a 50% deposit to their sales guy, they sat on our deposit for 3 weeks and finally told us that they would not be able to install due to some reasons blaming the city of Arlington. I would say that this company is the most unprofessional one, Their sales person Julian San Miguel never answers his phone, I had to eventually call my credit card company and make a stop payment. I was given all kind of stories why the job was not started. I would not recommend this company to anyone. read more

I had a cedar fence installed by Lifetime Fence Company in Fort Worth and I can assure you that I would recommend them today. They were professional from the very first phone call to completion of the job. I can honestly say for me the most refreshing part of the entire process is that everything that was promised was delivered. Being a Veteran Myself currently in Iraq I thought I could rely on a company that is Veteran owned, but was completely fooled. I have never had a worse experience with a company in my life. I contacted these people to do work at my home which was just install some fence posts. They told us a day and time that they would be there which was in the morning. Didn't show up till 2 PM in the afternoon. Then they started the work for about 2 hours and one of the men on site got sick they had to take him to the hospital. When they returned that evening they said they wouldnt be able to finish the job that day. Said they would be back first thing in the morning at 9 AM and noon came and they still didnt show up. My wife sat there waited for them and no phone call no communication whats so ever. I contacted the company from Iraq and spoke to the supervisor who said he was sorry and would get to the bottom of it, the work didnt get completed that day either he called back and said they would be at my home the next day between 10 and 12. Next day it rained alittle early in the morning. The guy showed up and said he would do what he could and then would be back first thing in the morning again which was Saturday. They never showed up, and never communicated with us that day. I called there office and the supervisors phone and I left a nasty message on his answer machine requesting him to call me back and give me the owner of the companies phone number. Never returned my call. Then Sunday which is today June 11, 2017 they came back did the work and left didnt say anything to my wife. The worst experience I have ever had with a company.
