A degreed artist, Nitia combines her artistic intuition with highly refined technical expertise. Her upholstery work is top notch. She has replaced cane seats in a set of vintage chairs for me, making them virtually as new. While most of her work is in homes and businesses scattered throughout Texas and beyond, her Denison storefront is always full of examples of her bespoke pieces, either for sale or awaiting the pick up of their proud owners. I'm still trying to get the service team to respond to me after several weeks of sending everything they asked for. They just keep requesting the same information, or reviewing the claim. We cannot use the sofa the way it is and the store manager, Michael Fisher, there is nothing he can do, except send an email to the service team, which did not help any... out of a sofa and $2,700.
