I was also charged at move out for a full paint job when I didn't even put anything on the walls. I don't believe that is honest or fair. They are a large company & will continue to charge tenants extra just for all the employees they keep. My next rental will not be a PMI managed complex!

This gives PMI access to every single cent in the account, either to use for their own profit or to sell to others who want your money. Under California law, it is illegal for a landlord or property manager to require your bank account username and password. This practice is a severe violation of both consumer privacy protections and state housing laws. Why It Is Illegal The CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act): California law specifically prohibits landlords and third-party screening services from requiring access to your "sensitive private information". This explicitly defines account log-ins and passwords as protected data that cannot be demanded as a condition for housing. Third-Party Access Violations: Handing over your login credentials to a landlord or their software provider generally violates your bank's terms of service. Doing so can void your fraud protection guarantees if your account is compromised. from stealing sensitive information.

    | 0/5 Stars If I…read morecould give zero stars, I would. My experience renting from Big Time Housing, LLC. was one of the most stressful housing experiences I have ever had. Throughout my tenancy, I experienced repeated disputes over my rental ledger, frequent communications that I perceived as harassing, and an environment that made it difficult to peacefully enjoy my home. During my tenancy: * I was charged fees that I believe were improper. * My credit was never run despite representations during the application process. * I experienced months of repeated communications regarding my account that I believe were inaccurate. * I believe false information about me was shared with another housing provider, which I believe contributed to my inability to secure housing elsewhere. * My tenancy ultimately ended in litigation, and I have filed complaints with the appropriate agencies. Before signing a lease, I encourage prospective tenants to: * Keep copies of every email and text message. * Save every rent receipt. * Request written ledgers regularly. * Know your rights under California landlord-tenant law. * Document everything from day one. Public records also show that Enoch Duplechan has been associated with multiple housing-related entities over the years, including: * Big Time Housing LLC * Big Time Housing, Inc. * Pharaohs Housing Foundation * Jesus Children Ministry * Enoch, Inc. / Entrepreneurial Network Organizing Community Homes *Dew Holding Company, L.P. My review reflects my own personal experience renting from Big Time Housing LLC. I highly encourage prospective tenants to do their own research, review publicly available court and business records, and make an informed decision before signing a lease or any legal documentation.
