Heather, Bob, Tracy, Michele & Annette are all very patient and knowledgeable. I usually bring my foster kids with me on these trips and all of the staff talk with them as we are picking out new pieces. It's really awesome how family friendly they are. My kids really notice this and remember it. Ethan Allen & Plaza Interiors take great care in making sure our new, quality pieces make it home to Corning safely. And sometimes getting things into my small pickup is NOT easy and is time consuming, but they always check to make sure we are good to go! They know customer service! I have never enjoyed the process of a remodel until I hired this Designer who has an impeccable team that works with her. She is creative and has an eye for style in whatever I've explained I like. I really cant say enough good things here but my favorite points to share are: 1. great design 2. great team of skilled workers 3. attention to details 4. no excuses-projects finished on time 5. good vendors/for picking out materials etc. Le Petit Chateau made it fun to improve my property.
