Its a teeny tiny place-a closet serves as their 'backroom' to get things ready for you. They have enough space for a bunch of people, yet only two massage people were in the building- both staring at their phones when I arrived. They were pleasant but def a HUGE language barrier (I couldnt even make pleasant small talk). I was led to a room where the beds/chairs were separated by BLINDS- a cheap alternative to private foot massage areas- and it looked it. The whoosh of the blind coming down was comical. The foot massage was ok- Ive had a LOT of them and this one didnt relax my feet as much as usual-and the water didnt have any frangrances as the ones Ive been to in other places- I suspect the girl dong the massage was VERY tired- she was looking off to each side disinterested as she did it. I think the place needs some more pleasantries(music maybe) and a makeover that DIDNT come from the dollar store.. but f you have a cheap coupon- use it I guess.

I've never had a Foot-Reflexology Session before so I didn't know what to expect, I assume it would be set up like a nail salon where everyone had their own massage chair with bright fluorescent lights and the service would be a one hour lower legs and feet massage. Boy was I wrong! I arrived at the location near Carli's gas station (by LaCascia's) and there was plenty of parking. I walked toward the front desk and the employee brought me to the treatment area on the right. The treatment area is semi private and had shade partitions by each chair so you can't see the person near you unless you are arriving or leaving. The room is dark but calm. The music is wonderful. The reclining massage chairs are soft and comfortable. I put my foot in a warm bath while the therapist worked on my head and scalp. It felt like I was getting my hair wash at the salon. She moved to my arm and shoulders and it was great. She worked on my legs and feet for a good 20-30 mins, pressing and massaging various points. Towards the end, she did my neck, should, arms and back. I do a high intensity training at orangetheory and also other exercises like barre and spinning and running so my muscles are extremely tight. The intense hard pressure was well appreciated and suited for me. I'm not going to lie, there were times that I flinched but it felt good afterwards.I was plucked, stretched and I'm pretty sure she used her heel to get deep into my back and shoulders. Don't fret! there were no hygiene issues! I was fully clothed and also had 2 warm towels covering me. I'm sure you can ask the staff to go easier on the pressure but I liked mine. The workers are of Thai descent so I think some of their techniques are Thai massage. If you are looking for a more basic, easy going massage, this may not suit you. I will definitely be back. They are currently running specials for 45.00 for 60 mins or if you pre-purchase a gift card, it's only 40.00 but you can't use it the same day.

It was clear to me in the first 2 minutes she had zero training as a massage therapist. From the first touch she jerked my neck around rubbing at a speed of 100 miles an hour. She jumped around from body part to body part with no rhyme or reason. I had to tell her to use lotion because she was rubbing me so hard my skin was burning. The experience was so bizarre and excruciatingly painful. I'm mad at myself that I didn't walk out in the first 5 minutes. I'm mad that I paid for it and also gave her a tip. It was almost like she was purposely trying to hurt me. I told her at least 20 times to go lighter, that she was hurting me, not to go so hard, to "please stop." I even grabbed her elbow and hand multiple times to stop her from hurting me. She just made an audible sigh. She spoke no English, like all of the people there. That would have been fine if she knew the words for body parts or knew what "too hard" or "lighter" meant. She was drilling her elbow into my butt so hard I covered that area with my hand and said "no more. Skip this area. No." She moved on to another part then came right back to it with her elbows. I was clearly wincing with pain squirming on the table and she continued laughing as she drilled her elbows into my back, calves and butt. She kept saying "ok? Ok?" I continued to say "no! You as hurting me. I am going to be all bruised" but she didn't let up and continued with this weird laugh. She also twisted my arm behind my back during a strecth so hard I thought my shoulder could pop out. I stopped the massage about 10 minutes early. I finally sat up and said "I'm done." Every move was aggressive and over the top. Many times she aggressively grabbed my underwear and yanked them down so hard I thought she was going to rip them. I thought I was on some hidden camera show it was so bad. She then took the sheet and arbitrarily threw it on the floor after she told me to turn onto my back. I was laying there naked and she laughed again. She repeated put me in positions so my boob would come out. I started to feel like she was trying to see them. I am not a wimp by any means. I have had over 50 massages in my life and usually like a ton of pressure but this is something I can barely begin to describe. I have visible bruises on my shins, arm, and butt. I am sore all over. It was hands down the worst massage I've ever had in my life. I hesitated to post because I used to love this place but this woman is going to really hurt someone. They need to vet their massage therapists better and the town needs to make sure they are all properly qualified. They also need to learn some English. I know that is not politically correct but if they can't understand when you tell them to stop, that the pressure is too hard, to focus on an area or stay away from another area there is no point and it could actually be dangerous.
